• Aili Soosalu (9/5): - Korter on väga heas asukohas, puhas, maitsekalt sisutatud. Väga armas ja mõnus! Kõik vajalik oli korteris olemas! Parkla oli väga kitsas, see oli natuke ootamatu, kuna reisime suht suure autoga. Aga saime hakkama! Majutusasutuse booking.com lehel oli infi, et tasumine kohapeal aga tegelikult oli vaja ikka päev enne ülekanne teha, kuna kohapeal polnud kedagi, kellele maksta. Polnud probleemi, lihtsalt info oli alguses tasumise kohta pisut ebatäpne. Suhtlus läbi booking.comi oli väga kiire ja viisakas.

• Tiina (8/5): Hyvä asunto keskeisellä sijainnilla - Majoituksen sijainti oli mahtava. Sisäänkirjautumisohjeet olivat hyvin selkeät sekä kommunikointi oli nopeaa. Majoitus oli siisti tullessamme sekä sisälsi kaikki tarvittavan viidelle aikuiselle. Äänieristys voisi olla parempi koska liikenne sekä puhe rappukäytävässä kuului selkeästi asuntoon. Parveke oli hieman epäkäytännöllinen sekä yksi parvekkeen tuoli oli hieman ottanu osumaa joten siihen ei uskaltanut istua.

• Kamil (9/5): Great apartment in the middle of Tallin. - Great apartment in the middle of the city. Parking was available. We've got very detail Informations about our staying. In apartment was everything we needed. Sauna was fantastic. Unfortunately apartament is next to elevator, it's very noise in the middle of the night. All windows points to the building, which is opposite. (Very close).

• Dmitrijs (5/5): Extremely Disappointed – Unfair Practices and Poor Conditions - We stayed here as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children), and our experience was absolutely frustrating from the beginning. 1. Due to a booking mistake on our part, we accidentally reserved the wrong date. We immediately contacted the host, but instead of helping us resolve it through proper channels, he came up with some made-up “rules” explaining why he couldn’t cancel the reservation. Then, suspiciously, he offered an alternative nearby apartment (also his) that we could book and only then he’d be able to refund the original reservation. This felt like outright manipulation and extortion, forcing us into another booking with him under pressure. 2. The place itself is not suitable for 5 people. There were not enough beds, and we had to rearrange and unfold sofas just to make sleeping space. Thankfully, we brought an inflatable mattress otherwise, it would have been impossible. 3. The furniture and renovation are extremely worn and look heavily used. Definitely not what the pictures promised. 4. We were all woken up early in the morning by loud garbage trucks so much for a restful stay. 5. The apartment was cold and quite dark, lacking comfort. 6. Most alarmingly, the sauna and the area around it had no smoke detector. This is a serious safety violation, putting guests and their belongings at risk. 7. If you’re driving a car with a roof box (like we were), forget about their underground parking. You’ll have to spend extra time driving around the neighborhood to find a spot. 8. We’ve stayed in many apartments before, and unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio here is just unacceptable. This was by far one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had on Booking.com.

Quiet location, the apartment has everything, excellent communication with the hosts. Modest view from the window

• Reno2001 (9/5): Great location, good parking - Great parking, in the city center, overall good. Great host Sofa could be more cozy and one sheet was missing, but thats ok + one window was blowing air thru, but that didnt affect the temperature

Getting there by car was easy with the instructions that were sent before check in, even though there were lots of road construction going on at the moment. Very nice apartment with good equipment. Sauna and free parking was a big plus. Definitely will check out this place again when traveling to Tallinn again!
