• Enrico (9/5): Book and dine at the restaurant 3 units on the left! Very friendly staff and delicious and cheap wine. - Kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and laundry room all very well equipped! Amazing location, local neighbourhood, familiar and clean. Saying that just because I have to say something negative, the TV remote control didn't work. Otherwise, impeccable, I'll be back for sure.
• Emma (9/5): Cosy, clean, and safe. - Quiet, safe residential area very close to good public transport. Fresh and modern apartment in a lovely older building. Very clean. Host was very helpful and provided a lot of local information.
• Anna (7/5): Overpriced for what you receive - Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, large storage space We stayed 2 weeks, were a bit disappointed with what we got - apartment even though freshly renovated had many faults like poorly done electricity(we had blackouts after switching oven and hairdryer at the same time), permanently broken air condition, shower was clogged (water was ankle length when showering), shower head elements were broken, bathroom door because of the leak were moving heavily and were damaged, we slept in the bedroom which had double windows and metal curtain and street noise was still coming in, can’t imagine sleeping in the living room or with open windows, street sounds were echoing between buildings and with open windows we couldn’t hear tv 😳 unfortunately apartment wasn’t professionally cleaned for our arrival (plenty of mould in the shower and literally curtains black from dirt) location wise it is 10-15 min walk from tram, around 40 min in total to get from home to piazza signoria
• Mary (8/5): Cute Florence Apartment - Residential location close to various supermarkets, a wine shop, fruit, vegetables, and butchers next door. The apartment was compact with good cooking facilities. We enjoyed taking the tram into the old city, which was a 5 minute walk away. Great apartment if you wish to be a little further away from the busyness of central Florence. Chiara is an excellent host kept in constant contact with us before and during our stay. She welcomed us on arrival at the apartment. Has an old-fashioned cute lift from the first floor so you can get your bags up to the second floor. No locked box facilities, so the host had to be there to give us the keys.
• Frances (1/5): Absolute disaster from start to finish - AVOID - Nothing . This stay ruined our holiday in Florence . The owners were shockingly rude and aggressive , the property did NOT have the amenities listed (broken AC in 35 degree weather , no WIFI , broken shower and is located more than 5km (40 min) from the city centre ). We tried getting a refund from booking . com . Avoid this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and enjoyable trip Everything . This stay ruined our holiday in Florence . The owners were shockingly rude and aggressive , the property did NOT have the amenities listed (broken AC in 35 degree weather , no WIFI , broken shower and is located more than 5km (40 min) from the city centre ). • Ilie (9/5): Superb - Suite Locchi is a very comfortable place to stay in Florence on your holiday. It is a very clean apartment with all the necessary amenities and with a grocery, wine shop and supermarket nearby. Easy & quick acces to the city center. Helpful hosts and very good communication with them 😊
• Alicja (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean apartment and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The location was also very close to a bus stop to get into the city centre of Florence.
