• Vittorio (7/5): Struttura discreta ma potenzialmente buona con un po' di pulizia e manutenzione in più - L'ampiezza della struttura, la dotazione della cucina, la vicinanza a bus e metro, la vicinanza al supermercato, la tranquillità notturna La pulizia e manutenzione approssimative, la freddezza e poca comunicazione del gestore, WIFI non funzionante, asciugamani logori, aspirapolvere intasato e strumenti per la pulizia sporchi
• Anni (7/5): Schöne , zentrale Wohnung - Saubere und sehr zentrale Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und gutem Kaffee. Späterer Check-In war möglich. Von der Straße hat man in der Wohnung wenig gehört. Gastgeber war erreichbar. Keine Check-In Infos vorab erhalten und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch war sehr schwierig. Bis wir den Code bekommen haben und den Schlüssel hatten hat es eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Konnte aber über Telefon gelöst werden. Die Tür im Badezimmer schleift laut.
• Nicolas (3/5): Appartement décevant - Visuellement, le loft était beau et bien décoré. Nous avons été très déçu par la qualité de l’appartement. Air climatisé et plomberie très bruyant, nous avons dû passer la séjour sans air climatisé la nuit, autrement nous ne pouvions pas dormir. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le ménage était mal fait (l’appartement n’était pas très propre), les serviettes étaient sales et les draps aussi. La prise de comptoir dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. L’hôte n’était pas très sympathique, compte tenu du fait que nous sommes des touristes et que le fonctionnement n’était pas clair pour nous.

• Finnian (8/5): Awesome stay for short Milan trip. - Felt super safe, owner was quick to respond. Nice area, supermarket right around and 10 minutes to the metro. Recommended to anyone who wants to visit Milan for a few this. Only the cleanliness could be improved. Black mold, all over the bathroom. Bugs and smaller animals. All fine tho.

• May (9/5): Really recommended - Looking exactly like the photos, very clean, very spacious, AC is AMAZING, staff is very available Use google maps the get to the right address, I used another app and the host found it hard to guide me in English The whole apartment is a bit noisy - there's the compressor of the AC right above the washing machine and it's very loud Also there's a motion sensor above the toilet that would start working every time you're gonna use it And the toilet's light isn't really great but you could definitely use the huge closet mirrors🙏🏼
• Anastasiia (8/5): Very good - Apartment is great, modern, location - 5 min walk to metro Communication. Expected a bit more active communication, some questions was not replied, or long replies. Check-in guide with password was sent us in 20 min before Check-in time, which was a bit strange and stressful for us. Checkin-guide can be a bit more detailed. Usually people are tired after travelling, it should not be a quiz to think a lot… In general was clean, but not ideally.
