• Brianna (5/5): If you’re desperate for a cheap place to sleep in a great part of town, and don’t care about smell or cleanliness, stay - The location. Very dirty, mouldy and cameras everywhere in the common areas. Garbage left from previous people, an old loofa in the shower, hair in the drains, no light or soap in the main bathroom. Seems like it’s set up to be a hostel, and not as a group house as advertised. Every room self locked behind you so you had to take your key with you every time you went in the common areas. No option to pay by card. It was cash only…which would’ve been fine if it was clearly stated when booking, but it wasn’t.
• Simon (7/5): Location Location noise.... - Night time noise from local pub can be over the top, early morning noise at 5am from locals in the alley way of enough to wake you up so you can't get back to sleep. Bathrooms could do with a better clean and water pressure isn't great. Bed was rock hard.

• W (9/5): Nice apartment centrally located, down an alleyway - Nice clean large apartment with plenty of space, good rooms and bathrooms. Even an accessible rooftop which was nice. The place was down a scary-looking alleyway with insects, and a difficult to find in the dark as it was locked up with shutters, although host sent a helpful video for how to access to make it easier. Washing machine on the rooftop wasn’t working unfortunately.
• Alvin (10/5): EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!! - The property is strategically positioned near the key areas of Hanoi such as St. Joseph Church, Cong Cafe, Pho 10, and also souvenir shops! The place is very comfortable and has great value for money. Most of all, the owner is very nice and considerate. He allowed us to leave our bags upon check out so we can still shop around. IT'S SO EASY TO CHECK IN AND OUT AS WELL! None
