- Andrew (8/5): Apartment was comfortable, spacious and in a quiet location. - Accommodation was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was plenty of space for 2 couples. Each couple had our own bathrooms and there was a courtyard. The kitchen had all we needed to have breakfast. There was a small supermarket and bakery close by, also restaurants not far away. The location was a bit far away from where we needed to be for wedding events, and getting taxis/ transport to get there was not easy (not accommodation's fault). The washing machine had a broken hose - we would have liked to have known that or even had instructions about how to use it.

- Scott (10/5): Great alternative to staying in the jam-packed center of Florence. - It was clean. It has well stocked kitchen with utensils and basic items like coffee and cooking oil. The rooms were comfortable and large. The showers were great, the bathrooms comfortable, a good hair dryer included. Clean towels, comfortable beds, good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Great communication with the host. The layout is unusual, with a basement kitchen, dining room, and patio, and one bedroom and bath on each of the two floors above. No central living room, but the patio has chairs and a table for outside sitting, although it is an “interior” patio with no real views of anything. For us, the price was right to escape a very disappointing cubby hole in the center of town that was uncomfortable and cramped. The neighborhood is so much calmer than central Florence, with a very well-stocked convenience/grocery store just around the corner, and very good restaurants a short walk away. A short walk to access buses and the Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio.
- Ying (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The location is close to the historical district and easy to get there on foot. Nice place and we enjoyed our stay.
