The kitchen was above standard and the unit light, bright an - Central, modern, very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen Unfortunately during my stay there was no AC to the building as it is being upgraded. Modular AC was ok but exhaust hose not fitted correctly to back of the machine and didn’t work to its optimum.

- Kristen (8/5): It was affordable for a last minute decision - The property was fine in a great spot, just didn’t like having to try and find my own car space, property was very clean, I found it a little difficult to check in and out, think there could of been an easier way No car space and the air conditioning didn’t work well it wasn’t comfortable on hot days unsure what was wrong with both of them but they weren’t working how they should have
- Frances (6/5): - The apartment was clean and in a handy location. Didn't expect a $100 cleaning fee to be added to our booking prior to us even booking in.
Have never had to complete an online booking in before that was in addition to the Booking.com booking. This had to be completed before the accommodation management would provide us with details of how to access the keys. The online booking in was cumbersome and the online form kept clearing itself. When I emailed the accommodation management requesting another way of booking in they would not provide this. They also requested my credit card details, a photo of myself and a photo of me holding up my driver's licence. When I emailed them to say that I was not happy to provide this information, because the bill was already paid through booking.com I was told that they needed this before they would provide information about accessing the apartment keys....
I did reluctantly provide the above information and with the assistance of several other family members were able to complete the online booking in. My done who works in IT also found the online form difficult and felt that too much information was being requested.
There was not enough information provided on how to access the apartment. I was provided with a 4 digit code number for the 'lockbox' and the apartment number. There was a 3 number lock on the mailbox corresponding to the apartment number so I thought that I had been given an incorrect number. My partner had a jiggle at the mailbox and discovered that it wasn't actually locked and the 'lock box's was actually inside the unlocked mailbox.
There was no information provided on accessing the car park or where to park. There was no information provided on which lifts to use as the lift foyer is shared with a hotel.

- Christal (10/5): - Very good location, the admin was very fast at responding and very friendly. The apartment neighbours were quiet and friendly, the view on sunset was amazing, I wil miss having my morning coffee out on the balcony. It was perfect for the 2 weeks i stayed there with my daughter as she recovered from surgery. Absolutely nothing.

- Hilda (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for our trip to Brisbane. Communication with management team was excellent. Apartment facilities met our needs & expectations. Contrary to other reviews, the key was located in the building and very accessible. Our only negative is that the surcharge requested for the deposit was excessive. However we obtained bank details & paid direct to management - avoiding the surcharge.

- West (1/5): Never again - Location Late check in due to disorganisation on their behalf. Waited an hour for key to be dropped off just to find some one else in our room. Swapped to another room for the night the made to 'check out' before 10am and 'check in' after 3pm even though we had paid for those days.
Air conditioner in new room didn't work. After contacting them and back and forth, many excuses and a week later we vacated the apartment over a week before our stay was over. Am now out of pocket $2,500 for new accommodation for the remained of our stay (son has had surgery and we have to stay in Brisbane until he is cleared to fly back to Victoria) and arguing with the hosts over refunded amount that had promised early on in our stay in comparison to the amount they're offering now which does not align.

There is no front desk to ask staff for assistance.
There is no car park available for the room and not a lot of options around.

- Rebekah (1/5): Bad - The location as it was close to the hospitality for surgery . That I had to walk down a very steep hill to a BIKE to put in a pin the collect the keys . This bike to chained to a council bike rake in a park . The hill is that steep that an electric scooter can’t go up or down it . I went for surgery and carting around luggage up and down hills is absolutely ridiculous. The council will be informed of this bike for the safety of others .
No covers on either of the aircon remotes exposing the batteries .

- Bree-anna (3/5): Wouldn’t book here again - Location to where we needed to go The process of checkin and checkout was a nuisance, there’s no physical person and you have to walk to a lockbox on a bike which is down a steep hill. Not ideal when you have a screaming baby in the vehicle . You also then need to send photos that you have returned the key into the box. The whole process was ridiculous.
The linen was dirty on the bed and the aircon hardly worked. We travelled for our 4 month old child to have surgery at the QCH .

- Jody (7/5): Good - The keys were in a very odd spot and as I was travelling very late it was a hassle to collect them from a bike on the riverfront. I would not have been comfortable if I was travelling alone, also had to return the keys to the bike rather than leave them in the apartment??? I had to pay a bond of $300 which I felt was excessive - more of an Air BNB than a bookings.com arrangement. Also was asked to upload my ID and CC which I was not comfortable with. Company that held the keys were helpful, but due to the time difference it rang out 6 times before I got to talk to anyone. Parking is available but not guaranteed, we had to park outside on the street twice.

- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional - Great Location. Right on the rive., 20 min walk from the main shopping Area. 8 min walk if you are watching a concert at the Riverbank stadilm or want to visit the Botanical Gardens. A hand little Plaza 5 mins way with coles local and Mcdonalds.
