- Lai (4/5): Bad experience. - slow response.. I waited more than 30 minutes to check in. The check out was even much slower. The person in charge (PIC) asked me to return the key to him personally. I informed the PIC a night before about the time I wanted to check out.. I waited so long for him, the the messages sent were not replied also. There was no coordination between the PIC and the guy working in the management office.
- Yi (8/5): Good value of money - Easy check in and responsive staff through WhatsApp. Saw some hair on the pillow and bed sheet.
