- Jane-2022 (10/5): A hidden gem! Don't tell everybody because we want to come back! - Spotlessly clean, spacious, airy. Lovely ambiance.
Unbelievably spacious. Fabulous. Fabulous. Fabulous. And a roof terrace too!
We loved it.
Fabulous location, in the heart of a vibrant area, with lots of cafes, bakeries, pubs, street food, music venues etc etc etc.
We had a couple of "how do we" questions and found the hosts to be extremely responsive and helpful.
We will definitely be back. Leaving. Can't wait to return.
- Natalie (10/5): Great location and great sized modern property - Lots of room, very modern and great location Showers water pressure and heat was rubbish.
- Yuli (4/5): - location We checked in on time, even though the host said we could enter a few minutes earlier. However, when we arrived, the cleaning was still not finished. We waited an additional 30–40 minutes, which we were willing to accept if the cleaning had been done properly — but it absolutely was not.
There were seven of us, and one person needed to use the sofa bed. The cleaner incorrectly told us that the sofa bed was the one inside the bedroom. When we opened it, it was extremely dirty. After contacting the host, he informed us that the actual sofa bed was in the living room.
When we opened that one, we found dust, hair, a plastic bottle, and snack wrappers underneath. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially after waiting so long.
I reported these issues immediately, yet no one replied that day.
The next day, when I asked if they would send someone to clean again, the response was:
“We don’t send cleaners again unless guests request it.”
This attitude is shocking. The management basically leaves guests to deal with problems on their own, despite charging full price.
The bathroom water pressure is extremely weak. The carpeted floor is dirty and has a damp smell. The noise from the street-facing room makes it almost impossible to sleep. These issues are real and seriously impact the stay.
Communication before arrival seemed smooth, but when real problems occurred, the management did absolutely nothing.
This is one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in this price range.
I do not recommend this property. For this price, you can easily find something cleaner, better managed, and far more reliable.
If I were the actual property owner, I would seriously reconsider entrusting the place to this management company.
- Lisa (9/5): Perfect location to explore Shoreditch. Apartment so spacious. Staff so helpful -
- PETER (8/5): Great weekend, good spacious apartment in a good location. - Very spacious and good location for us. Poor pressure on showers. Shower clamp on bath shower not working so had to hold it in one hand.

- Shauna (1/5): - The apartment was aesthetically pleasing and clean. This property was not worth the money and I really wouldn’t recommend it. The bedroom with the sofa was right below the kitchen/extra toilet so whomever was walking down the stairs from the top room to the toilet would wake everyone up in the room downstairs as you could hear the creaking of the floors. The sofa bed was absolutely terrible. Pretty much just springs wrapped in fabric. The extra sofa bed was why we booked as we had seven guests and it was so uncomfortable that one of the guests went and slept on the couch in the living room for three nights. Not to mention the basket ball court directly next to one bedroom where people were out bouncing a ball past 9pm at night.
The wifi kept cutting in and out. One of the other guests had an important document that needed to be submitted for their work and had to hotspot from their phone and there was absolutely no way of watching the smart tv for this reason.
The bedroom facing the street was completely bright due to street lamps and quite noisey (which cannot be helped). There’s definitely no way of opening the windows for air at night if you’re a light sleeper.
The shower water pressure was atrocious. There was truely no point in having a second shower because two people cannot shower at the same time as the water flow becomes non-existent. Plus in one shower, the holder for the shower head was completely broken and could not be lifted to a desirable height. I’m 170cm and it reached at the level of my shoulders. They also did not provide any bath mats despite having multiple reviews already stating this problem. Meaning a lot of water was walked out onto the wooden floorboards making it very slippery and quite dangerous.
This property wasn’t the ideal location either. Most things in London were over an hour away with transport. Although the train station is just around the corner, the amount of time it would take you to look at the sites of London just wasn’t worth it.
- Eva (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for the SXSW conference we were attending. The house was roomy and was perfect for our group of four. It was also amazing that we had three toilets and two showers. The living room was also perfect for group hangouts. I would prefer it if the door lock system was a bit more advanced, but that's no big deal.
- Vivienne (8/5): Very good -
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, comfortable apartment with close proximity to financial district. 6 beds, attention to details, equipped and clean. Not to forget the awesome terrace. We were very satisfied. Not friendly for disabled, or people with mobility issues or small kids, as the apartment has 3 floors and multiple stairs.
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern, clean apartment. Perfect for a large group.
- Umberto (10/5): Very nice group apartment - Very huge apartment with all the things that you could ask for. Near transportation, easy to find and very nice host. There weren’t any bathrooms rugs and it wasn’t very clean for our italian standard.
- Loic (8/5): Very good - Very nice location, and clean apartment.
Easy to access, not far from transportation and with some grocery stores and restaurants in the surroundings.
It's a nice flat to stay. There could have been a bit more of equipment regarding the tableware. There were not many glasses (ex: only 2 glasses for wine) and cutlery (not many knives) especially as 6 people can stay (our situation) in the flat.
- Nina (9/5): Spacious and comfortable flat in the heart of Hoxton - Great location in the heart of Hoxton with spacious rooms and an amazing roof terrace! Very comfortable for our group of 6... We had a great stay and would definitely recommend! Wifi a bit slow and unsteady. Another less significant issue would be to provide tea towels in the kitchen and bath mats in the bathrooms to prevent slippage on floors. Also, steep stairs not suitable if you are with elderly guests or those with mobility problems...
- Leesa (8/5): Great location, spacious and clean, beautiful views. - Incredibly spacious - with the rooms spread out over 3 floors. The bedroom at terrace height became known as the “penthouse suite” - a favourite with the kids who took up residence there. Stunning terrace with views of the sky, the vibey street, and London centre in the distance. Some noise on the street side of the apartment, which is to be expected. Balanced by the benefits of being close to fun and interesting cafes, shops etc.
- Alison (8/5): Bit far from public transport - Spacious Quite noisy
- Annemarie (10/5): exceptional - the whole house was our apartment great for our group of six nothing
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
