• Melanie (9/5): Agradable estancia en Guatapé - Apartamento bien situado en Guatapé. Equipado con cocina y lavadora. Las camas bastante cómodas. La comunicación y entrega de llaves fue fluida. Tiene capacidad para 7 personas sin problema. Por decir algo, faltava la sábana de la cama, solo había funda bajera y manta.
• Enita (7/5): Good - -The host was readily available and very nice! -The location is great but Guatape is quite small anyway. -There were plenty of towels (we were 4 people). -Only blankets are provided for sleep, no bed sheets which are easily washed. In my experience the bed covers and blankets are rarely washed between two sets of guests so it didn't feel clean -The toilet seat in the bathroom downstairs is broken so one cannot sit -The toilet upstairs was not cleaned -The floors were dirty -There were long hairs on pillows and sink -There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bedroom. I know they're common in Colombia but with the overall state of the apartment it just added to the feeling of lack of cleanliness and comfortability These are the points which should be improved, definitely considering the price was 55EUR per night.

• Calum (10/5): Great value - It was so convenient to be so close to the main town square and all the restaurants, yet far enough away to not hear the noises. It's a cute town. This property represents excellent value as compared with the overpriced hotels on the river - especially if you have a large group. We liked having a kitchen and clothes washing facilities in the property, though we stayed for one night only and didn't get to use these facilities. All the rooms face the main street. So if you're a light sleeper there will be some noise. We shared our feedback with the host about giving clear directions, and asking the person they designated to meet us to wait on the street.

• Dykeymoo (9/5): Fabulous host, great location - Great location, amazing host, decent sized and well priced. The host/ property manager has a number of very well rated accommodations in Guatape and is very customer orientated so don't hesitate to contact him and book a place with him. The internet wasn't working our whole stay (late May) due to the internet provider having equipment broken (no fault of the host) so check with the host before booking if you need internet. Our host did kindly offer us other accommodation. The street noise! Bring ear plugs, this is likely true of anywhere in Guatape town, not just this property (and most of Colombia).
• Schwartz (10/5): perfect - Great experience. everything is new and very clean. owner of the house was super helpful with everything. he was so nice and was always available for anything we needed which made the experience even better. the location of the apartment was perfect. very close to everything that Guatape has to offer. very recommended!
