Mercedes (1/5): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - Leider nichts. Es war einfach nur katastrophal. Die erste Unterkunft war dreckig, Essensreste auf dem Fußboden, Schimmel im Kühlschrank, Fettsuppe im Backofen, Schränke dreckig von innen, Fußboden dreckig und klebte, Teppich fleckig, Flecken auf dem Sofa, Zigarettenstummel, Matratzengelb und ranzig. Absolut unterirdisch und gesundheitsgefährdend. In der 2. und 3 Ausweichunterkunft leider nicht besser. Dann hieß es es müsste geklärt werden, was gemacht werden kann und dass keine weitere Ausweichunterkunft möglich ist. Dann haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Mussten uns selbst eine Notunterkunft besorgen und bleiben anscheinend aktuell auf dem Geld für die gesundheitsschädliche Unterkünfte sitzen. Krasse Nummer so etwas zu erleben. Dabei wollten wir lediglich meinen Bruder in der Reha besuchen.

Mareike (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Die Größe des Apartments. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein offenes schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Für eine Gruppe ideal. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Die Couch ist so verdreckt, dass man sich nicht darauf setzen möchte. Die Stühle sind herunter gekommen und die Wohnung riecht unangenehm. Durch Steckdosen, die nicht korrekt in der Wand montiert sind und Mängel wie ein Loch in der Schlafzimmertür, eine fehlende Dichtung an der Dusche (liegt einfach davor auf dem Boden) und Spinnweben fehlt jeglicher Wohlfühlcharakter. Uns wurde angeboten/ zugesagt die Wohnung zu tauschen, dann wurde uns aber gesagt, dass die andere Wohnung nun gebucht wurde, daher sei ein Wechsel doch nicht mehr möglich. Ebenfalls wurde und zugesagt die Stühle auszutauschen, dies wurde auch nicht eingehalten. Service war entsprechend leider nicht vorhanden. Für alle, die Geräuschempfindlich sind, die Unterkunft ist in einem Bahnhofsgebäude, wodurch regelmäßig die ganze Wohnung wackelt, wenn ein Zug einfährt.
