Mais un peu froid l'hiver - Appartement joliment décoré, très bien équipé, bien situé à proximité du campo san Polo et de l'arrêt de vaporetto San Toma, avec des commerces à quelques minutes à pied L'appartement, situé au rez-de-chaussée, le long d'un petit canal (ce qui est très dépaysant 😊), était malheureusement très froid avec un carrelage au sol glacial. Cela peut-être un vrai atout l'été, mais pour le réveillon du jour de l'an, c'était inconfortable. Dommage !

• James (3/5): Experience did not reflect the amount of money we were charged - The location and staff were great. There was powder all around the edges of the floor which is normally to treat bugs like bed bugs. The powder ended up getting on our clothes. The shower curtain is pretty useless and makes the shower really uncomfortable. It could have easily been fixed or replaced with a fixed shower screen. Booking.com charged us over €250 euros per night to stay here. The experience did not reflect the amount of money we paid.
• Gina (5/5): Acceptable due to location, needs upgrades, especially shower! - The location and the hosts were very nice. The studio needs updating terribly. The bathroom is the only unacceptable thing though. It is not as the photos show. Water collects almost to the door! If you remove the wooden base it drains better. A simple installation of a proper shower curtain that encircled you would be my #1 suggestion. #2 get a drain board that allows the water to drain properly. #3 provide exta towels to wipe up the water, and prevent slipping on the marble. These are basic inexpensive fixes. The staff did bring us a mop and put drain chemical down the shower. These are not the fix, the owner needs to update the bathroom or at the very least follow these cheap fixes to make it safe. The studio is acceptable due to the location. There is all of the basics and the bed is comfortable. This is an accessible room, no stairs and on the bottom floor with a small canal right outside your windows. I also suggest not throwing things in on the closet floor. The decor was acceptable. But, the walls are chipped of plaster and many tiles are missing in the bathroom. Not surprising due to all of the water when you take a shower. This studio could be great with just some minor updates.
• Hakan (3/5): Poor experience - not worth the money - Please refer to comment below. Except from the location, the experience was not very pleseant. At the beginning, it was a big puzzle to complete, as I had to provide personal information, including copy of passports to someone I have never met. Sole communication though WhatsApp (phone calls were not answered). Once information was provided, further instructions were provided to meet another random person in a café, which will provide you with keys. Overall, quite long process and not really clear. And again several calls were not answered. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty and the bathroom as well. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a full week, as well as only two towels. The shower was next to the toilet and was super wet after each shower. The toilet lid was bigger than the toilet itself, which was super weird. Overall, it was not a good experience for the amount of money paid, which is a pity as I expected more based on the reviews.
• Allison (7/5): Great location, good local food, shopping and history! Bathroom will need a little bit of work. - The property is a little challenging to find when it is dark outside. But someone does meet you on time to open the apartment and explain things to you. He was really nice and the team was very responsive. Loved this place had a washer, totally unexpected but wonderful to have! This location is close to some great landmarks like the Leonardo DaVinci Museum, Basilicas and Scuela. Overall, great location! Has a kitchen with utensils, plates, hot water and coffee machines, but no coffee, tea, honey or cream. This would be nice as a way to begin your morning. But luckily, we had a little cafe around the corner that sold espressos. We disliked the way the bathroom drains water and tiling behind the toilet looks like it was falling apart and some tiling around the shower had mildew and/or mold build up. The apartment does have a fan which most people likely do not use - so maybe clean the mold/mildew, fix the tiling behind the toilet and instruct people to use the fan in the bathroom.

• Benjamin (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend. Was dirty, shower and bathroom didn’t work and was filthy. Very loud location l. - Only good thing about the property is that it is closer to the train station to made it easy to get too, and it is a medium sized apartment. The shower curtain doesn’t work properly so the shower wouldn’t drain properly. Had to have all towels on the floor to collect water or it would flood. The shower head was filthy and mouldy. Behind the toilet was mouldy and all tiles falling off. The hot water wasn’t turned on and we weren’t told of where the boiler was so took a shower in freezing water the first night. Asked to check out at 12-1pm as our flight wasn’t until 4:30pm. This was agreed before booking as we needed a room till later with a baby. After checking in we got told no sorry as there is another booking so we got kicked out at 10am. A very loud noisy location as the boats pass through frequently and wake you throughout the night.
• Julie (8/5): Eventful due to awful Ryanair made good by wonderful host - Ryanair lost our bags but Lucia helped us with Italian. She was amazing as we were in a mess. Location walkable if you are reasonably fit. Lovely coffee shop for breakfast very near.bottega del caffe Shower Door entry Mosquitos but kept windows and doors shut and used air con so fine.
• Roxanne (7/5): Great location in the San Polo area - Great location in the San Polo area, close to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was quite spacious and clean the shower situation was a bit primitive for our liking, just a shower curtain in the corner next to the toilet. This apartment was on the ground floor and on a canal, so there was also a bit of boat traffic
