- Giada (1/5): Prenotate altrove! - La comunicazione era una seccatura! Nessuna risposta tramite prenotazione, abbiamo aspettato due ore e mezza in strada per avere la posizione esatta. La comunicazione tramite WhatsApp era lenta e poco chiara. Ci siamo chiamati un paio di volte e hanno semplicemente riattaccato dopo aver parlato in un inglese poco chiaro. Davvero poco professionale! Dopo aver aspettato fuori per un'ora il Qr-code (mentre il personale di sicurezza si innervosiva per questo fastidio) e aver inviato molti messaggi sperando in una risposta, si è presentato un uomo poco amichevole, che ci ha fatto aspettare nella hall. È poi arrivato dicendoci il prezzo della camera che era raddoppiato, ci siamo rifiutati di pagare e ho chiamato il capo che non ha mai degnato di risposta. Sono dei truffatori! State attenti, prenotate altrove

- Kim (1/5): Absolutely awful experience, probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed. - Awful experience. Don’t book here! Host was unreliable and unhelpful. Firstly sent us a map advising us to go to Lucentia Suites - Axon Residence. We got a taxi from the airport, and on arrival discovered this was a totally different location to the one advertised. When I called from reception he told us to go to the original address (a further taxi ride away). On arrival there, security would not allow us access because we did not have the necessary QR code from the host. Waited 2 hours to be let in once the host eventually arrived making no apology, and merely smirking before overcharging us. We had no option by this point having already wasted so much time on a short stopover. Dreadful attitude, dirty apartment, poor check-in and lack of communication. Save your time and money - book elsewhere!

Try to get help and assistant ,like asking address of this place from the number shown on app. All we get is rude answer and not even willing to provide us with the correct address. Instead they asking me to provide them with my booking referances and pin. Then they told us our booking was cancel for no particular reason and they just hang up on us like a scammer. Coming from oversea expecting they we have place to go for rest and this kind of shit happen to us. Just to warn other if you do your bookimg from booking .com for this place , please think twice before you book. They will cancel any time without even letting you know until you burn your money on taxi and grab.you wil never find the correct address for this place on google or the grab maps. You will end up going to few wrong places and get shit treatment from them if you call up asking for the right address.

- Anonymous (1/5): Terrible communication. Lots of waiting around for a room. DO NOT STAY HERE. - The location close to Lalaport was good. Close to train station. Check in was ridiculous. We waited in the lobby for an hour for someone to come and find us. Then they took us to the pool area, to waste time, while their colleague readied the room. We’d booked a 2 bedroom apartment. They finally took us to the room, 1.5 hours after arrival only to find it was a tiny studio apartment with an extra tiny couch bed in the living room. My son 6’3”. We complained and asked to be taken to the room we’d booked. Lots of waiting around and phone calls, messages between the staff member and the boss. The boss asked to speak to me in the end. Told him I just wanted what I’d booked. He finally agreed and we were taken to a 2 bedroom apartment almost 2 hours after arrival. The outside of the building looks great but the rooms are pretty tired. The smell of drains was very difficult to deal with. After two nights the boss contacted me again to say we had to move apartment. No explanation of why. Just be ready at 12. I told him to send his staff to our apartment and show us the room before we would move. We waited over an hour with him repeatedly asking us to go to the lobby. I wasn’t going to wait in the lobby again. 1.5 hours after they were supposed to arrive I met one of the staff in the lobby with keys for a different apartment. Again a studio only this time they gave us two apartments next to each other. Communication was an absolute disgrace. No explanation for anything. Messed us around and kept us waiting for hours.

- Yvette (4/5): Disappointing - Roof top pool was cool. Location was great. We booked & confirmed a 2 bedroom apartment. We got a 1 bedroom apartment with a 2nd bed in the lounge. Owner tried to tell us that was standard booking but nothing in my booking confirmation differentiate standard from any other. I was confirmed a 2 bedroom apartment. PLEASE DOUBLE TRIPLE CHECK THAT IS WHAT U GET, it was hard for 3 adults with one sleeping in the common area. NOT GOOD. Owners were rude. I requested an early check-in. They agreed but still could not get into the apartment til 2pm. They didn't send me a QR code to get into premises, so taxi had to drop us off at the end of the driveway because we didn't have the QR code to get in. When ringing the owner, they finally sent it through. Someone came to meet us. Very rude. Just wanted payment done first & quickly but kept us waiting. No apologies, NOTHING. Dryer dis not work, no microwave and dirty apartment. Needs a deep clean. Furniture was worn and used uncomfortable. The only redeeming feature is the location. Central and easy from MRT, grab pick up n drop off and Lalaport Mall for essentials and meals. I'm sure other owners are good. Our one was not. I requested a late check out due to the late flight for 3 days, with no answer. Rang heaps of times, no answer. They saw my requests but no answer. Finally, someone answered and charged me 200 ringgit for another 5hrs, rip off for the dodgy diety apartment, but we had no choice as our flight was 10pm. WARNING: Double check what is confirmed. Booking.com can't help once you are in, and our owners were full of it. Lucentia should be careful with this and bring down the reputation of the residence. Buyer beware.

Check-in rather slow in getting the keys, and also some confusion. I have booked for 4 adults (2 bedroom unit with 2 double bedded) but was given 1 single bedroom 1 double bedded instead. Have asked for some refund, since I'm being overcharged, but there is no response from the host. Host was trying to move us to another property whose location is not suitable for us.

The room was filthy and not ready when I got there around 2:30pm. The man in charge of booking the room kept me waiting for the room to be cleaned and at 8:30pm I finally had to book and pay for another hotel. He not only gave me a refund for the 7 day stay, he refused to refund my deposit which he claimed was not collected at the check in time, upset that I had reported his actions. The biggest crook and dishonest person I’ve come across in all my travels. Hoping no one goes through what I experienced but he advertises the hotel under different names so you’ll never know who you’re dealing with. Madness!!!

It stated in booking details as check in at 2pm. I had to wait till 3.30pm to receive my key frm the staff. The hanging window curtain like was vry noisy hitting the wall. It was not as shown in picture. Quite dissapointed.

- Tanja (3/5): we would not come back and would not recommend this host. - the pool & gym is really nice, location close to public transport station - really bad communication with host. - no qr code for security guard upfront - no information that card payment means 4% transaction fee - not forks, spoons, knifes in the kitchen (until we asked them to get them for us) - AC was leaking like hell and we had to discuss a long time until they fixed it (after 1 out of 2 nights) - wet spots everywhere on the wall (from the leaking AC) - staints on the sofa - really bad handeling of 'complaints' => the things written above
