Fani’s (Lindy) apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos, even better in person. Everything was perfectly clean and it provided absolutely everything someone might need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to all major attractions and public transportation. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and at the same time close to everything you might need (cafés, restaurants, shops). Fani was an amazing host — kind, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Communication was smooth and check-in was very easy.

Appreciated the extra room for the shower. I also liked the bright colors and the decoration, which made the apartment welcoming and cozy.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Całkiem przyjemne miejsce na spędzenie kilku nocy w Atenach. - Obiekt położony w centrum Aten, do wszystkich ważnych dla nas miejsc było blisko. Mieszkanie przytulne, czyste, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo wygodny materac. Kontakt z obsługą bardzo sprawny. Fanis jest chętny do pomocy, odpowiada od razu na wszelkie pytania. Brakowało nam trochę miejsca, gdyż przyjechaliśmy ze sporym bagażem. Jak dla nas zbyt dużo było porozkładanych różnych ozdobnych drobiazgów na półkach, czy stolikach. Ale wiem, że innym osobom może to zupełnie nie przeszkadzać, a wręcz budować klimat.

• Brenda (10/5): Great apartment for a stay in Athens. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures. Arrival and entry instructions were very clear and the owner responded to any questions very promptly. I could tell that a lot of thought went into including items that anyone might need (kitchen dishes, linens, coffee, honey, umbrellas and even a first aid kit). The location is in a nice safe neighbourhood and a short walk to Syntagma square. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Additionally it was very easy to communicate with the owner, and to get into the apartment. The shower, as there is no door, just a glass wall and all the water comes out.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely modern apartment in central Athens - Great modern apartment in a nice and safe central location in Athens, close to amenities, restaurants, public transport, etc. Lovely decoration with a lot of attention to details and very well equipped for a longer stay. Very quiet due to double-glazed windows. Friendly and forthcoming host. The overall condition of the building esp. with regard to cleanliness of entrance and staircase could have been better.

The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Fanis, our host was so welcoming and kept in touch with us to make sure we were comfortable and whether we needed assistance, recommending places to eat. Nothing, the apartment & its location were perfect!
• Sea2sea (10/5): Highly recommended, for a reason! - This is a large studio apartment in the heart of Kolonaki, very comfortable, with a great bed, nice linens, a spacious sitting and dining area and a well-stocked kitchen (coffee supplies provided). The manager is friendly and responsive. The location is just excellent, a 10-minute walk from Syntagma station. From the apartment you can go up Lycabettus Hill and see the Acropolis at sunset, tour many museums and galleries, eat extremely well (reserve in advance for fine dining and rooftop bars). It's easy to grab the Metro if you want to go further out, or get to the ferries. You'll be happy and well cared for if you're able to book this place.
• Livia (9/5): Great stay in Athens city centre - Amazing location, within a nice and safe suburb, walking distance to all main sites, nice restaurants/ cafes and airport link metro station (less than 10min walk). The apartment was comfy and had all the essentials, within a well maintained building. Fanis (the host) was also great! Helpful, flexible and quick to respond. Noisy at times, so earplugs needed for light sleepers (like me)
• Bruk (10/5): Phenomenal location, very clean room. - It was very clean and it had all that we needed to enjoy our stay - coffee machine, teapot, grill, stove, fridge, dishes and cups and even more. The location of this place is phenomenal - all of the best places that Athens can offer are in walkable distance from the room. It is also located near the embassies, which makes the street very safe to be on. We didn't even had a need to use public transportation in the area of Athens. Near to cafe's, supermarkets and metro.

It had very modern amenities and Fanis checked in on me a few times to see if everything was to my liking-Fanis is an amazing host. All the amenities were new and extremely clean. I loved my stay and will definitely be going back. I recommend this for solo travellers and also for couples - romantic, modern and refreshing vibe. I loved it!

The apartment is well-equipped, and the toilet and shower are separated. I like there are hangers for clothes and towels in the shower room. Bed is very comfortable, not too hard or soft. The air-conditioner works well. There is a bottle of red wine to welcome us, and the owner has prepared cold water in the fridge. It's a very pleasant stay! none

• Lars (9/5): If we are coming back to Athens we would definitely consider Lindy V again - A well located flat in quiet side street less than 10 mins walking from the centre of Athens/Syntagma square, from where the underground goes straight to the airport. The flat seemed newly renovated with marble tiles and new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. On the check-out date we were allowed to leave our bags in the flat and pick up in the afternoon as we had a late flight home.
