Dieses betrifft nicht nur den Hotel Aufenthalt, sondern insbesond - Gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit des Personals Die Lärmbelästigung trotz geschlossener Fenster. Die Lärmbelästigung durch Gäste in anderen Zimmern (die Zimmertüren lassen jeden Lärm durch, da sie nicht dicht schließen). Die Auswahl beim Frühstück (nur Mini Brötchen oder Croissants) bei einem relativ hohen Preis für das Frühstück. Die Öffnung der Ausfahrt der Tiefgarage nur durch Schlüssel (ich musste den Wagen an der Straße stehen lassen, um den Schlüssel an der Rezeption nach Checkout wieder abzugeben). • Neil (7/5): Nice hotel, noisy chambermaids - This is a quirky hotel with a lovely garden and a very nice "honesty minibar". Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped, nice shower, fun decor. Was woken every morning by loud conversation outside our room from the ladies who were cleaning rooms and changing sheets. Not good, to be honest. This is a pity in what is otherwise a very quiet and restful place.

Das Frühstück war für mich sehr gut, aber ich frühstücke nicht viel, dafür war ich begeistert vom frisch gebackenen Brot, selbstgemachte Marmelade (das nehme ich an).

• Jenny (9/5): Loved staying at the gate garden and will come again. - Super friendly staff, beautiful and inviting facilities and rooms. There isn’t a lift, so if you travel with heavier suitcases it might be tricky to get up the stairs and the parking situation is a bit complicated. But those are minor issues and don’t really cut in to the nice experience I had at the hotel.

• L'abbate (8/5): Colazione - La camera, il bagno pulito, la possibilità di poter aprire le finestre per scambiare l'aria, i termosifoni con la regolazione della temperatura, la disponibilità di avere acqua da bere e la possibilità di farsi un the al bisogno gratuiti . Forse se proprio devo trovare un qualcosa la domenica la colazione viene servita alle 8.00 e ci aspetta che per quell'ora tutto sia pronto, in effetti però non è stato così . Se non hai impegni non è un problema puoi anche aspettare, ma nel caso nostro noi avevamo un appuntamento e quindi abbiamo dovuto far poi la colazione in fretta e furia per essere in orario.

Super nette und aufmerksame Receptionsmitarbeiter, nur die Hauskatze ließ mich links liegen 😉 das Zimmer und Bad waren blitzblank und das Bett sehr bequem. An ein paar Stellen könnten Schönheitsreparaturen durchgeführt z.B. bzgl. der (sehr gediegenen) Tapete im Fensterbereich. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

• Sébastien (6/5): Sans être catastrophique, je n’y retournerai pas - Bien situé, calme, accès facile le soir avec explications claires envoyées à l’avance pour entrer après que la réception soit fermée On m’a donné une petite chambre simple alors que j’avais réservé une double. Au checkout, on m’a expliqué qu’à cause de la politique de booking, je devais quand même payer le tarif d’un double. La personne a la réception s’est excusée et m’a offert quelques chocolats en compensation. Globalement, la décoration de cet hôtel est assez kitch dans un style faussement vintage avec du faux parquet en sol (en réalité eu lino), faux tableaux anciens etc..

• Irina (9/5): Heaven in Berlin - Heaven in the heart of Berlin. A truly special place with a beautiful garden, friendly staff, and great atmosphere and style in the room. The only issue was my heavy luggage, which I had to carry up to the 3rd floor without an elevator.
• Juliane (9/5): Eine Oase mitten in Berlin... jederzeit wieder - Das ganze Ambiente ist super schön und der kleine Garten ein Traum. Das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück kann man in einem gemütlichen Raum mit Blick ins Grüne genießen. Es war alles super unkompliziert.

• Olga (10/5): Super Hotel, wenn Berlin, dann im Gate Garden Hotel! - Tolle Lage, super freundliches Personal, wunderschönes und gemütliches Studio. Ich habe bei der Abreise leider meine Ohrringe vergessen, hab das Hotel kontaktiert und wurde am nächsten Tag direkt zurückgerufen, mit der Info, dass sie gefunden und zur Abholung bereit gelegt wurden. Sehr hilfsbereit und man hat sich dort einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Es wäre schön, wenn es im Innenhof einen markierten Raucherbereich geben würde, wo auch die rauchenden Gäste gemütlich sitzen können, ohne das der Qualm in die Zimmer reinzieht.
