- Erlane (1/5): GOLPE - É golpe! Não tem hospedagem. É um local abandonado. Eu e minha família precisávamos de um local para passar a noite em Guarapari e como a maioria das hospedagens já estavam cheias, reservamos esse local. Após o pagamento que era obrigatório para reserva já pelo aplicativo, recebemos um email de confirmação com o endereço e o telefone do anfitrião. Como o responsável pela acomodação não atendeu as ligações nos dirigimos até a residência, chegando lá para nossa surpresa, o local estava completamente abandonado e com com cachorros dentro.Enfim, estamos completamente frustrados, pois não obtivemos até o momento resposta alguma do aplicativo para estorno do valor. Resumo: Não houve check-in tampouco check-out.
