Magali (5/5): - La habitación y tina de hidromasajes estaba bien. La ubicación no era tan buena y nosotros fuimos en carnaval una noche y al haber show debajo, casi no pudimos dormir.

Mayra Delia (5/5): No volvería. - No mucho, estaba un poco sucio el baño. Además el lugar donde queda parece poco seguro o al menos da esa sensación. Estuvimos más de media hora intentando pagar con astropay, tarjetas varias, apple pay y no pasaba por alguna razón. Tuvimos que dar casi todo nuestro efectivo porque ya queríamos dormir (llegamos de madrugada). En ningún otro momento del viaje tuvimos dificultades pagando, así que nosotros no éramos el problema. Además de la limpieza de la tapa del baño, con algunos rastros un poco secos.

CRISTINA ALEXANDRA (7/5): - Me gusto que sea exclusivo para adultos, por las habitaciones especiales y sin la bulla de pequeños. Y que esté cerca a comercios, mercados, etc. Mejorar la ubicacion o el tipo de máquina de los aires acondicionados, no enfrian lo suficiente la habitacion y hace mucho calor para dormir en las noches, recomendaria poner cable internacional hay pocos canales, en la habitacion donde estuve la bañera estaba mal instalada, porque cuando la llenabamos el agua se pasaba.

Elson (1/5): Horrible, disgusting. - Nothing I booked it because I thought it was a hotel, but it's not... It's a motel, a space used for romantic encounters, not safe at all due to the number of people coming and going. The rooms are not hygienic, and the place is noisy. It's a shame that you at Booking.com have this property on your site... I tried to change it with the owner because I didn't want to stay two nights there, but he was inflexible and said he would charge the daily rates to my card, which is already in their system... My partner was completely uncomfortable with the situation... This was the worst experience I've had with Booking.com. And that's because I sent an email and didn't get a response. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU TO BUY OR HIRE ANY KIND OF SERVICE. What happened is a disgrace.

Paulo (4/5): Felizmente foi das 24:00 até às 10:00 pois naquela zona nem o RAMBO sairia à rua. - Do esforço dos funcionários que foram o que tornou suportável a Estadia de UMA NOITE!! (felizmente) Zona pouco segura numa zona demasiado influenciada pela Favela. Hotel mais dirigido a acolher quem recorre à prostituição ou encontros sexuais. Quartos muito degradados com equipamentos (Som, luzes, etc) escusados e de baixo nível (sexo!). A BOOKING devia assegurar-se que sabe realmente onde recomenda que pessoas normais fiquem!!!
Yuh (10/5): Over expectations! Great choice during Carnivals - Excellent room service, various food choices with very acceptable prices at any time. Hot water supply and jacuzzi. Hairdryer included For room with a garage there is only one socket near the toilet. Very inconvenient. But there are way more sockets in a normal room without garage(of course cheaper) strange design😂

Derick (8/5): Interesting stay - The complementary coffee and dinner that was brought up to the room was very nice. It is close to the airport, the reason why we stayed there. The noise next door, very loud music was playing the whole night!
Hernan (5/5): Didn’t reach my expectations - The room was good. Very big and private. The jacuzzi is very good. The stuff is not very friendly, I was trying to find an uber and asked them if it would be possible for them to call me a cab but they said no and gave a poor explanation. The air conditioner in the room is turned on by a switch and the air direction is set directly to the bed, when I asked them to change the direction the said they couldn’t (no explanation given) the receptionist offered to give me a blanket and I said yes, I’m still waiting for her to give me the blanket (which she never gave). I slept very bad feeling cold when the air was turned on and very hot when it was turned off, all night turning on and off the air conditioner. When I was leaving they tried to charge me for some water and soda I didn’t have at the room. They finally accepted I didn’t consumed those thing.
