• vl_grigorov (10/5): - Quiet neighborhood. And the name is chosen riight: it's cozy. It seems there are amenities for families with small kids (we haven't benefit of that as our kid is bigger, but it seems families with small children would appreciate it very much! Also there is neat yard.

• Stela Kostova (10/5): Идеално място за почивка! - Всички стаи и помещения бяха чисти, топли и много уютни! Всичко беше подготвено в часа на пристигане! Уютен и приветлив двор! Разположението на къщата е в близост до магазини и център! Има всичко необходимо като домакински уреди, ютия, сешоар и пр. Имаше само един телевизор, което не беше проблем при нас.

• Radosveta (10/5): Уют в Кюстендил - Къщата надмина очакванията ни. Разполага с чудесна градина и уютен кът за почивка на открито, както и с лятна кухня. Имахме на разположение всичко необходимо. Комуникацията със собствениците беше безпроблемна и с удоволствие бихме отседнали отново. ENG: The house exceeded our expectations. It has a beautiful garden and a cozy outdoor seating area, as well as a summer kitchen. We had everything we needed at our disposal. Communication with the owners was smooth, and we would be happy to stay there again.

• Plamena (8/5): Very good - Very spacious house with two bedrooms and a small yard, very quite and within a walking distance to the city center. Easy communication with the owner, we arrived later than expected and were very kind to wait for us. We were unable to take a shower on the second day of our stay due to an issue with their hot water system.
