• Nuria (5/5): - Las camas son muy cómodas El apartamento está bien, pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear, tuvimos que ponernos a aspirar el colchón del sofá cama por que estaba lleno de pelos, y los baños tenían bastante polvo. Además cuando reservas el alojamiento te dan dos opciones de fianza, en una te propone pagar 22€ y te cubre deterioros por bastante importe, pero en la otra, que fue la elegida por mí, pone que te retienen 250€ hasta la salida, lo que no explica en esta opción es que sí o sí te cobran 4,05€, por un motivo el cual desconozco.

El equipo que nos atendió super agradables, atentos siempre a todas las dudas, nos dieron muchas facilidades e incluso recomendaciones de sitios para comer El único pero que le pondría es que los baños suenan mucho y las duchas no tragaban muy bien, pero nada muy grave

Everything is very modern and decorated beautifully. Daniel was very responsive to all our needs and questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!
• Sabi (7/5): Good - It was clean and well stocked. 2 rooms 2 baths is very convenient for a family. Location is good. No air conditioning in the rooms. The small A/C system in the living room is in no way sufficient for the apartment. For August in a place like Salamanca that's a problem. No one slept well. At the very least there should be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I would never book again in summer. The listing should have specified limited A/C.

Attention to details, kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, everything was provided. The communication with the host could be improved. It would be better if the rental company contacted the guest a few days in advance. I tried messaging through the Booking.com app but received no response. Eventually, I found a phone number and sent a WhatsApp message, and fortunately, Daniel replied.

• Marina (10/5): A superb, luxurious property in the heart of beautiful Salamanca. - Beautiful apartment with tasteful design, top-notch amenities and excellent beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with good-quality appliances, knives and cutlery tools. Very central location with many bars, restaurants and markets close by and easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions. The parking was 2-minute walk away from the property. Daniel, our host, was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing - it was perfect!
