• Jie (10/5): Excellent location and great value apartment for Zurich stay - We stayed 7 nights at this Exclusive Residence and were very happy with our choice. The location is one of the biggest strengths — it’s literally 3 minutes walk to Zürich HB main station, 5 minutes to the Sihlquai bus station (perfect for day trips to the Alps), and just across the street from a large COOP supermarket. We also walked to the Swiss National Museum in 5 minutes and reached the Old Town and lake in about 15–20 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, so eating options were always convenient.The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The room facilities are in good shape, the bed and pillows were very comfortable for a good night’s sleep after long day trips, and the windows have solid soundproofing (we slept well even though we’re close to the station area).Special mention to the host, Tonio, who was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from booking to check-out.We highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a convenient, comfortable base for exploring Zurich and the Swiss Alps. We would definitely stay here again! The kitchenette was practical, though it would have been even better if it included a microwave.

The room was beautiful and spacious, comfortable bed and shower had a good pressure. It was quite hot and we had to keep the windows opened to air it. But with windows opened it was quite noisy from the train station. I'd think a fan would be a good solution.

В квартире есть шампунь, туалетная бумага, гель для душа . Ортопедические подушки . Приятные одеяла. Красивая посуда из Zara home Все сделано соответствующем ретро стиле. В квартире красивые потолки Кондиционера нет но есть вентилятор Нам было не холодно и не жарко С кровати видно душевую, там стекло, это хорошо для пар. Мы останавливались всего на одну ночь и нам было очень удобно расположением, мы с мужем успели посмотреть весь Цюрих . Спасибо

Nicely decorated, and bright with big windows and lots of lights. There were no comfortable pillows on the bed, just two small hard cushions. Instead we used our travel pillows. Please supply decent pillows for a better review.

No elevator: we struggled to get our suitcase up and down three flights of stairs. Pillows were as hard as a rock. No television. Only 1 comfortable chair: the other 3 were wobbly and cheap. We were unable to sit up and read. No soap in the shower: used the hand soap from the bathroom sink.

• Alexei (10/5): Fantastic 1 room place to stay in Zurich. - The room is very much as shown in the photos. Everything was spotless. I liked the coffee machine and the kettle, tea and coffee. Everything is in good working order. The apartment is centrally located; most places in the centre are within walking distance. The place is great. I prefer to sleep with windows open. Given proximity to the train station, one can hear the trains early in the morning. If you keep the windows closed for the night, it is not a problem at all.

L'emplacement est parfait nous avons pu marcher vers plusieurs attractions touristiques. Il y a un supermarché juste devant, très pratique. Je recommande! Troisième étage sans ascenseur avec les valises lourdes c'est difícil mais c'est faisable avec un effort.

Muy cómodo el apartamento con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda y la ducha también, amplio dado que es Zurich y en frente un súper donde puedes encontrar productos de buena calidad y gran variedad. La comunicación muy bien desde un inicio, check in fácil. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar.

• Craig (4/5): Good location but beware the overstated features and benefits. - It's a good location if you're travelling by train and just staying for the short term. There's no kitchen despite the advertisement claiming a kitchenette. Washing dishes in a bathroom sink is not appropriate. A coffee machine is of little use if there are no pods for it. There was a kettle. The advertisement mentioned reception staff speaking multiple languages but there were none physically present - just a whatsapp conversation. The advertisement mentions private check-in and check out services but it should really say "back yard treasure hunt in the rain for the keys". It would have been helpful to know that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. It is as though the advertiser has gone to some lengths to misdescribe the property and it's features to obscure the points that I have made above. It's not helpful when advertisers pump up the description of their apartment to gain more visits. In fact it's misleading to describe the apartment in the way that it has been.

• Orson (10/5): Great day, unfortunately, we could only stay one night. - My wife and I loved this comfortable short term apartment. This place was in a very convenient location! Right next-door to the train station, close to old town and amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment alone was very clean, very quiet and beautifully styled. The host was very responsive. If we come back to Zurich, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Very easy check in and check out. Good host. Really big bed but all the duvets were way too small. Pillows weren't great either. There is No AC or fan and it’s hot. When you open the windows you can’t sleep because the train noise. More than that, I found some insect.

There is a large glass window that opens up the view from the shower to the bedroom. We made it work, but it was definitely interesting!
• Philip (3/5): Despite being in a good location and stylishly furnished, it was hot and noisy there - Very clean, elegantly furnished Was very hot and no air con or even fan so windows had to be kept open so it was very noisy so I checked out the as I decided I couldn’t sleep there. There was no iron or ironing board at the apartment. I called the landlord who said that previous guests had asked for one but it was probably too late to get one (at 6pm). After I pushed, he went out and bought one. The landlord lives next door to the apartment but did not show me around the apartment when I arrived. It felt as if I was interrupting his evening. No television in the apartment (although not one advertised) but think there should be one. Also one standard lamp not working and also one bedside lamp. I’m guessing the bulbs needed to be replaced.

• Ian (10/5): Luxurious upscale apartment near the central train station with nearby excellent restaurants. - The location was 5min walk from major train station in a lovely area with bunch of restaurants and near grocery store. The apartment itself is beautiful with luxurious decor. The bathroom is upscale and well-maintained. There is no elevator and on 3rd floor so just keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Given its central location, was somewhat loud at night outside (was Saturday); if you close the windows, then well sound-proofed.

Convenient location just a couple mins walk from the train station and just across from Hertz where I rented my car. Easy self check in & out with very clear instructions from the owner. On the 3rd floor without a lift. So if you have a lot of luggage, it can be a bit challenging.
