- Hester (9/5): Aangenaam - Locatie goed. We vinden het een prettig stuk van het dorp. Het appartement was goed schoon en een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wat jamner was is dat de 2e slaapkamer geen bed of inklapbed had. Onze dochter sliep op de bedbank in de woonkamer en daardoor konden we in de morgen niet in de woonkamer zitten of makkelijk gebruik maken van de keuken.

- Jesus (10/5): - El apartameno está magnífico, perfecto para dos personas. El sofá se abre y se está muy cómodo para estar viendo la tv y comer. La cocina totalmente equipada con horno, lavavajillas y microondas en perfecto estado. La terraza con su lavadora, tendero y mesita para comer al fresquito. La cama del dormitorio está muy bien y se agradece mucho la habitación estudio que sirve para teletrabajar o utilizar a modo de ropero. La verdad es que he acabado muy encantando. Todo correcto!

- John (1/5): - El apartamento estaba equipado con lo justo. La tranquilidad de la zona y las zonas comunes, aunque no las usamos. El silencio de por la noche para dormir. Nos hemos sentido profundamente decepcionados con nuestra estancia. Desde el primer momento, todo fueron inconvenientes. El acceso al alojamiento fue confuso y nada profesional. Nos dijeron que no podíamos acceder hasta entre las 18:00 y las 19:00 horas porque aún no se había limpiado. Cuando contactamos con la persona encargada de la limpieza, nos indicó que debíamos ir a recogerla a su casa, llevarla en coche hasta el apartamento para que nos abriera y darnos las llaves, y luego volver a llevarla de regreso a su domicilio, ya que no podía quedarse a limpiar en ese momento y lo haría más tarde. Una gestión completamente impropia para un alojamiento de alquiler turístico.
Intentamos contactar en varias ocasiones con los propietarios para aclarar el uso de la plaza de parking que, tras muchas molestias, nos ofrecieron amablemente… pero nunca recibimos respuesta. Hicimos varias llamadas que no fueron atendidas y, aunque al día siguiente vieron los mensajes, no volvimos a tener ninguna señal por su parte. Finalmente, tuvimos que aparcar en la calle al no saber cuál era nuestra plaza asignada.
Una vez dentro del apartamento, la situación fue aún peor. El suelo estaba visiblemente sucio, el ventilador acumulaba una gran cantidad de polvo y ni siquiera se sostenía de pie, estaba completamente destartalado. El sofá y los cojines estaban cubiertos de pelos de animal, un detalle especialmente grave para nosotros ya que sufrimos alergias. Sabemos que en la reserva se indica que se admiten mascotas, pero eso no significa que los siguientes huéspedes deban padecer las consecuencias de una limpieza insuficiente, especialmente en lo que respecta a higiene y salud. De hecho, tuvimos que aspirar nosotros mismos tanto el sofá como la cama para poder eliminar los pelos y hacer mínimamente habitable el espacio.
La cisterna del váter no funcionaba correctamente, y para colmo, las sábanas estaban muy gastadas y también llenas de pelos blancos de animal.

- E (6/5): Ok for the money could be great with a little bit of upgrades or for a lower cost - The property was nice, the apartment had nice rooms, location was close to the beach, the kitchen had a lot of the things you would need, the parking garage is very convenient and is only 5 dollars a day, the host were easy to communicate with although we don’t speak English we just used technology to translate every thing and he was very nice and accommodating. We own real estate so we noticed some things that others probably wouldn’t. The bathroom door knob is very hard to open when closed. The first day I thought I was stuck in the bathroom, you have to pull down very hard to open the door. The door knob needs to be changed- it’s a cheap and simple fix. The other thing is the building feels like it had no insulation and it was very cold inside. Also the electrical breakers continually tripped. This can be dangerous as it is indicating that the electrical load is too much, this needs to be addressed asap. As far as comfort items the bathrooms towels were old and dirty (we washed them before using them) and should be replaced after every 4-5 guest, even hotels switch out towels after a month as the threads go bad quickly. Lastly, this might be an American thing but the bed was really firm, and we are used to plush and soft beds. I was sore every morning and my wife could not sleep on the mattress at all.
