• Michelle (10/5): An exceptional villa in a fantastic location - The property was exceptional . This villa caters for your every needs . The facilities are very well thought through lots of small touches that made it feel like home. Loved the Bluetooth speaker and Netflix.The outside space was enhanced by the kitchen window which opened fully by remote control. • David Robert (10/5): Our Splendid 23 Days in Oldtown Antalya - My wife and I enjoyed a splendid 23 day stay at Firat’s recently renovated, 2 bedroom 1½ bath home in Oldtown Kaleici. Conveniently located in a quiet residential district, yet near many restaurants and good shopping. Picturesque Antalya harbour and city park with its extensive lovely walkway along the Mediterranean is handy and great for exercise. Excellent air-conditioning for cool April nights and hot summers. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, living room with TV, good internet and large dining area with open/close electric glass roof and wall for great outdoor feeling. Firat is an outstanding friendly and hospitable host focused on ensuring that we enjoyed not only his fine accommodation, but also our visit to Turkey. He had delicious cakes delivered to us to celebrate our birthdays. Firat also took an entire day to tour us to many of the surrounding area historic and nature sites and hosting us to dinner, all at his expense. He helped arrange our 4 day side trip to Cappadocia. Our surreal balloon ride there with serene sunrise was like floating through a waking dream. Firat, thank you for being such an outstanding host. Your very much appreciated kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. We highly recommend Firat and his great home. David and Pam Everything was great.

Приятно удивили разные милые вещицы в дизайне, которые создают атмосферу, как будто, вы у себя дома. Очень чисто, белье, полотенца в достаточном количестве, кровать и подушки очень удобные, спать одно удовольствие. Оставлена вода и напитки в холодильнике, специи и масло, кофе и сладости. Это очень мило! Управляющий персонал очень внимательный, всегда заботился и предлагал лучшее из возможного. Навигация в квартире удобная, подробная инструкция в виде брошюры обо всем в доме, так, что у нас не возникнут вопросы. • Sergei (10/5): - Everything! Well equipped and greatly decorated. Very clean. There is everything needed for the perfect stay. Located in the old city center and just in a 5 min walk to the huge underground parking. The host is promptly available for any needs. Soundproof could be a concern in case of noisy streets, but it was alright during our stay.
• Daniel (9/5): Beautifully decorated house in a useful and fun location. - A comfortable and well decorated house crammed full of useful amenities. There are dozens of cool shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the marina and a Main Street with even more shops and restaurants. Hosts were always very responsive and helped with anything and everything we needed. Gets quite noisy until late especially on the weekends. Drunken idiots and selfish youngsters made getting to sleep difficult and had to use a white noise machine. Of course none of this is the fault of the hosts.

• Fulya (10/5): Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft - eine sehr saubere, zentrale Unterkunft mit freundlichem Gastgeber - Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles, was man im Haushalt typischerweise braucht, war vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert! Der einzige Nachteil war, dass man trotz geschlossener Fenster in der Nacht den Lärm von draußen deutlich hören konnte. Wir vermuten, dass es an der Fensterdichtung lag. Der Gastgeber hat uns jedoch informiert, dass alle Fenster demnächst ausgetauscht werden.

Location, amenities, comfort and caring owners who have thought ahead re anything you might need. Посуда, техника, все для готовки, специи, чай, кофе и т.д. невозможно все перечислить. В холодильнике упаковки колы, минеральной водой в стекле и просто воды. Полотенца, покрывала, книги, ароматические палочки и еще миллион мелочей. С собой берите только одежду!!! Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Чистота, подушки приятно пахнут. Дом наполнен любовью к гостям! Уезжать не хотелось. Расположение идеальное, в старом городе, но при этом в тихом переулке, до шумных улиц с развлечениями минуту-другую. Хозяева всегда на связи, оперативно отвечают на сообщения с готовностью помочь. Спасибо огромное!!! Рекомендую!!!

• Colin (10/5): - Great place to stay. Very well equipped kitchen, a good shower, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's very close to restaurants and bars in the old town but is in a fairly quiet road.
• Rim (10/5): A beautifully decorated, well-equipped house in the perfect location to explore Antalya’s old town - We had a fantastic stay in this house in Antalya. First of all, the house itself is absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail and high-quality furnishings throughout. In many vacation rentals you often find only the bare essentials, but here everything was clearly chosen to make sure guests have a very comfortable stay. From the Dyson vacuum cleaner to the thoughtful little extras (toothbrushes, amenities, etc.), everything felt very well thought out. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Kaleiçi (the old town). It’s a beautiful area to explore on foot, with charming streets, plenty of great restaurants, cafés, historical sites like Hadrian’s Gate, parks, and views of the sea (although not directly next to an actual beach - Mermerli beach was closed when we tried to go). If you want to experience the authentic atmosphere of Antalya, this is definitely the place to be. We were traveling with a toddler, and we really appreciated that the stairs had a protective grill to reduce the risk of falling — a thoughtful feature that made our stay much more relaxed. The area is very clean, garbage is picked up 3 times a day at the house. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout: very responsive, flexible, and always providing helpful advice. We absolutely recommend this house and would definitely return if we come back to Antalya! A couple of small points that might be worth mentioning (though they did not bother us personally): while the area is lively, the house itself was fairly calm and we didn’t suffer from noise at night. However, the call to prayer from the nearby mosque can be heard (incl. in the middle of the night) and it might need some getting used to, although it really doesn't last long. Wifi was a bit slow at times but most of the time it was fine.

We had issues with our internet in the area after a short blackout and the owner came right away to fix the issue. They were also very helpful and gave us a list of places to visit and recommendations for food. This felt like another home in Türkiye. I would definitely come here again if the property is available once more.

• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in this beautiful house in the center of the old town. The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the bustling streets and restaurants. The amenities are modern and convenient, yet the house retains a charming touch of authenticity and culture. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Antalya.

And since heating system is installed in every room, we felt warm and cozy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Complementary water and drinks are really appreciated. Everything we looked for was ready there. All of my family enjoyed and loved staying in Cozy Home. Special thanks to Firat. Communication is fast, helpful and very detailed. Firat definitely makes our stay more enjoyable.
• Florian (10/5): Perfect location for a relaxing holiday - The Ottoman house is located in the middle of the old town. It is very well maintained and attention has been paid to useful details with lots of little extras for everyday life. We felt very comfortable during this week in January. We also made friends with the small cat community outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. The various air conditioning units provide cooling or heating. The contact with the owner was very friendly and helpful. If we come to Antalya again, we would be happy to stay in “Good Stays” again.
• Susan (9/5): Superb - The bed comfort in main bedroom. The thoughtful drink on arrival after long day travelling. There wasn't much we didn't like. 2nd bed not comfortable needs a topper. No where to sit outside and noisy in main bedroom from side building on night.

It is a very nice house with everything that you may need to live. A lot of restaurants around, many places to visit. A lot of cats, lemon and orange trees. Guys form Goodstays team were very friendly and helpful. I dont know whether it was local problem, but i would recommend to fix problems with internet connection.

The private, gated entry and the view of the mosque from upstairs bedrooms was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again when in Atalya. Excellent!!!
