• Asim (1/5): - موقعه كويس لابأس به قريب من المترو السنتر ويناسب عوائل صاحب الغرفة كذاب ولا أنصح بالسكن عنده . لم يبلغني بعطل المكيف الا عند وصولي ويقول المشكلة من المبنى ، والمبنى كله مكيفاته شغالة ، التعاون عنده صفر لي يومين ماننام الا بالقوة عشان الغرفة حارة جدا المشكلة معي أطفال . قدمت شكوى ببوكينج ونفس الحال لم يردوا علي. ابلغني بخروجي مبكرا وانا كنت بالخارج لشم الهواء بدل الكتمة اللي احنا فيها و قال لي بأطلع عفشك برة وتعال استملها. ابلغته أن يعطيني شوية وقت وانه مكيفاتك ماهي شغالة لكن للأسف لم يتعاون ولم يتم تقدير الموقف بشكل ايجابي مما اضطره انه يتأسف وانه راح يعوضني بجزء بسيط من المال ، فقلت له كيف يتم تعويضي وانت خدمتك سيئة لت أقبل منك أي تعويض بقدر مايكون عندك امانة وماتأجر للشخص اللي بعدي ومكيفك عطلان مالك سيء جدا للعقار لأنصحكم به
• Şeyma (10/5): - Tren istasyonuna çok yakın, çevresinde de market ve yemek alanları var. Temizdi ve ev sahibi çok tatlı biriydi her sorumuza hemen cevap verdi ve yardımcı oldu
• Maureen (9/5): - Fantastic location and very responsive host. The room and bathroom were large and clean. Not much street noise but a bit from other people in the building. An improvement would be adding a few teaspoons and wine glasses in the tea making and fridge area. I have not used a Virtual Key system previously but it all went smoothly. For wayfinding, note that the outside of the building has a "Hotel Vitruvio" sign on it. They occupy the upper floors of the building.

• Clertan (3/5): Acomodação sofrível. - Chão do quarto sujo, Chuveiro com buraco vazando mais que outros, porta sabonete do box enferrujado, Box com mofo no piso com a parede. Oferece papel higiênico pela metade no banheiro. Cama com poeira no encosto. Apartamento com muito barulho dia e noite. Não recomendo. Nada

• Sara (2/5): Muy mal - Estaba céntrico La atención de la persona responsable fue nefasta, llegó hasta faltarnos el respeto por tener problemas con el enlace que nos envió para hacer el checking. Estuvimos más de una hora esperando hablando con ella para que nos abriera la habitación desesperadas. Lo peor que hemos estado sin agua caliente porque el calentador tenía problemas con el enchufe.

• Naveed (7/5): Excellent location but need to improve - Close to the station Difficult to find it , however the directions were not clear. We ran out of hot water and I end up having a bath with cold water, I was told that we used 80L of water and we need to wait to warm the water but no instructions were given. No breakfast. I asked for the milk but it was not provided and I can’t drink without the milk😊 However I left my shirt there and I collected 2 days later

• Mrs (8/5): Just a few little things mentioned above but beautiful place - brilliant - Facility is clean and spacious We would have appreciated if they have a universal charger in the property😁 (Our phones died and we were out of touch with our family for a few hours). The hot water finished before the second guest finished having their shower. We weren’t able to locate the AC remote so that we could regulate it to our choice hence we felt slightly cold but this is not much of an issue
