• Andrea (10/5): Cadaqués- Vibe pur - Can Set ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, an dem man sich sofort angekommen und Zuhause fühlt. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr geschmackvoll, mit einem Vintage- Vibe und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und es ist an alles gedacht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Bar mit gutem Essen ( auch vegetarische Optionen!), stylisher Einrichtung und sehr guter Playlist. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen rund um Cadaqués. Yasmin hat uns herzlich empfangen, hatte alles im Vorfeld für uns organisiert ( Check- in etc.) und war jederzeit ansprechbar.

• Léontine (7/5): Stijlvol hotel - Fantastische ligging in Cadaques. Heel stijlvol ingericht. Dit hotel is niet echt 4 sterren waard. Door de badjas en producten lijkt dat zo. Maar geen tv en geen waterkoker. Toen wij er waren was het ijskoud in Cadaques, dus ook een paar sloffen was fijn geweest met een stenen vloer.

• Marta (9/5): Simply delightful stay - Can Set is a wonderful place to stay in Cadaqués, a charming village located at the easternmost point of the Catalan coast. The décor, ambiance, and staff were all excellent. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, the bed very comfortable, and the bedding truly a dream. Their restaurant and bar downstairs are a great spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while taking in one of the truly special corners of Cadaqués. The only small suggestions I would make are to add a full-length mirror in the room (which I missed when getting dressed each day) and to offer a second pillow option, as I personally prefer softer, lower pillows. These were very minor details and didn’t feel inconvenient at all — they would simply add an extra plus to an already great experience.

• JOSE (10/5): Volveremos dentro de un tiempo - Todo perfecto. Un sitio precioso, con buenas instalaciones y con un restaurante con buena comida y bonitas vistas al mar, que recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera ir a Cadaqués. Nada a comentar.

The view was breathtaking and the sunrise from the balcony was so beautiful. The lounge and the bedroom both had views over the water. The bed, bathroom were all so thoughtfully laid out. You can even view outside the window from the shower. Yasmin checked us in and even messaged a week prior to acknowledge our stay. The cocktails at the restaurant downstairs were also great. Thank you for our wonderful stay at Cadaques! Nothing.

Ouverture à 10h du bar donc pas de petit déjeuner avant ! Et il ferme à 20h… Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais des appartements rénovés en chambres. Très bruyant ! Mauvaise isolation sonore extérieure mais aussi intérieure. Nous entendons tous les bruits de l’immeuble et du personnel qui manque clairement de discrétion. Mauvaise nuit et réveillés à 6h30 ! Nous avons souhaité partir et se faire rembourser la seconde nuit et l’hôte nous a dit que ça n’était pas son problème et qu’elle ne ferait rien pour nous. Elle était désagréable et de mauvaise foi. Incroyable !

It would be nice to get driving directions to the hotel, as there are several very bad access roads leading to it. It was a little problem to communicate in English. No TV, no slippers, very minimal provisions. There was a very bad smell in the room coming from the bathroom plumbing. The advertisement for the rooms were misleading in terms of the views. No elevator.

• Matt (10/5): Comfy well appointed room, location, location, location and kind helpful service! - Can Set location was right in the thick of things. On the square and at the beach. Restaurants etc. were everywhere nearby. Despite this, our room at the back was not overly noisy for sleeping. Yasmin and staff were extremely kind and helpful and always available via WhatsApp. Parking was about a 15 minute walk after unloading bags at Can Set. Being from the US and using the address, locating the spot and parking, was tricky. But messaging Yasmin was quick. TIP: use navigation to find the restaurant called SET. And don’t hesitate to drive on what looks like a pedestrian way. As is common in Costa Brava. You will love this spot. More explicit directions with a map image showing location and parking location with gps coordinates versus address would simplify for folks visiting from outside Europe.

• Pablo (7/5): Estancia fantástica en un lugar con estilo y gran ubicación, aunque mejorable en detalles - El alojamiento está situado en primera línea de mar, decorado con mucho estilo y muy tranquilo. La habitación es fantástica y el trato de Yasmina fue muy correcto. Lo único que me decepcionó un poco, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación, fue el tema del check-out. En la reserva de Booking ponía que era a las 12h, pero a las 10h recibimos un mensaje de la propiedad indicando que debíamos dejar la habitación antes de las 11h. Al comentarlo, nos dijeron que la información de Booking estaba mal y que estaban teniendo problemas para corregirlo. Lo entiendo, pero creo que se debería avisar al hacer el check-in o, al menos, poner un cartel en la habitación. En nuestro caso nos despertamos con prisa y tuvimos que salir corriendo. Otro detalle es el minibar: por el precio que se paga, considero que todo lo que contiene debería ser gratuito, no solo el agua y el café. También sería un plus que incluyera desayuno o que existiera la opción de tomarlo en la habitación, ya que el alojamiento tiene un nivel alto y la experiencia lo merece.

Set back a little from the shoreline, with incredible views of the sea, boats and the church. Guests make us of the bar/restaurant on the ground floor below their rooms, which is the coolest spot in the village. There was nothing I didn’t like. It was truly exceptional!

L’hôtel et la chambre sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût et très propres. Mention spéciale pour le confort du lit. Yasmine et l’équipe du restaurant sont tous très sympathiques et accueillant. Il y a autant de vie grâce au restaurant (très bon et très prisé), que de calme dans la chambre qui est parfaitement insonorisée.
