- seiya (5/5): - 1.距離上野站都是平面道路，不需要走樓梯或是上坡，但距離最近的入谷口，基本上用不到，他與上野站沒有相連。 2.附近有Lawson 跟全家。 3.走路可以抵達的是下谷神社，這次有參與到祭典。 4.有洗脫烘，沒有洗衣精可以去櫃檯領取。 1.感覺不太乾淨，身體容易發癢，皮膚比其他家人敏感，有出現過敏反應。 2.工作人員態度冷淡，只有最開始幫忙處理YouTube 連線時，比較親切一些的。 3.垃圾自行處理，如果太多要自行拿去回收 4.備品雖然有附沐浴乳、洗髮精跟潤絲精，還有一塊香皂，但沒有洗手乳，只能用香皂代替。 5.空間很小，如果是攤開的行李箱，三個的話可能沒路可走 6.價格偏高，性價比可能不會再住 7.雖然說是公寓式飯店，但完全感受不到 8.安全性不高，即使晚上也沒有門禁，完全就是自動門的感覺，隨便進來就能搭電梯上樓，進房間需要手動上鎖與手動關閉扣環，否則外面是能夠直接打開進入。

The staff were very helpful with our queries and the room was ample for how much time we spent there. The washing machine didn't work but staff assisted me using another rooms machine so we could get our laundry dried. The entry area has a sensor light that cannot be dimmed or turned off which some directly into the bunk bed where the kids were sleeping so that limited movement to the bathroom or around the room ate they went to sleep

- Kristina (6/5): - Here are a few things that could make the hotel better. Front desk staff should be able to converse in basic English. At over $300 per night that should be a must. Out of 6-7 staffers that we saw only two were helpful. The kitchenette had nothing to wipe the counter/table with. A towel or a dish cloth or a roll of paper towels would have been nice. The address listed was such that our taxi literally circled around for 12 minutes trying to find the place. We ourselves had difficulty using GPS to get back to the hotel. All in all, not bad, but not as smooth as we had hoped.

The rooms were clean, the accomodations were abundant and the location was fantastic! I could ask for nothing more with our stay at this hotel! It served our purpose of being in the middle of the action in Tokyo, and was a place that felt safe and calm when we needed to unwind! unfortunately, I have nothing to enter here :)

- 6c1f27a3e70c73b85d6f516ea38a122a (9/5): 乾淨、舒適、令人安心的住宿體驗 - 房間內分為一間三人房(可擴充成4人）、一間和室可睡2人、一張沙發床，我們7人算是住滿床位但空間不會覺得擁擠。房間跟和室有門跟拉門可以隔開睡眠空間跟起居空間，浴室非常大非常舒適，還有洗脫烘衣機在房間裡。樓下附近有兩三間超商。 說是離上野站很近，其實是離JR線的一個出口近，其他的支線、METRO線，走路至少都要8分鐘的距離，對於原本想帶長輩入住交通方便的地方的人，可能可以再多評估一下是否要住這邊，就是，還是有點點遠這樣。

The room has kitchen and washing machine. Staff is very helpful when we had trouble open the door. It has only one elevator. Sometimes you have to wait a bit.

- Chan (10/5): We had a very good and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back if I am around this area again. - The hotel is very near Ueno Station, which makes travelling into the city very convenient. It is just about 5-minutes walk away. There is a Family Mart nearby. It is where we get our breakfast from every morning. There is a sento about 10 minutes walking distance. The entrance to the sento costs only 650 yen with towel set provided. If you bring your own towel, it is cheaper. The room is fully furnished with a washing machine/dryer, microwave, induction cooker, fridge and utensils. There are many power outlets in the room which is a plus point. There are USB ports on the bed headrest which you can use to charge your phone without the need to use an international power adapter. We arrived early, and we left our luggage at the luggage storage area beside the reception counter and went out to explore the Ueno park. It is a sliding door cabinet but with limited storage space. You can tie your luggage handle with the lock provided and keep the key with you. If you lose the keys, it will take 2 hours for them to open the lock for you. So keep your keys securely. The Ueno park is just next to the Ueno station, There are museums, zoo and many cherry blossom trees. It is a very nice park to visit. We enjoyed the stay at StayMe Hotel. Small but pleasant. The staff are very helpful and they do speak English. Checking in was smooth with the help from the staff. The induction cooker did not function. It can't be turned on (maybe we do not know how to use it) and it gave beeping alarm in the middle of the night and woke me up. But it is OK because we do not need to use the induction cooker as we do not cook our meals.

- 怡文 (10/5): 地點方便 環境安全 下次有機會會再入住！ - 地點方便 離車站都不會太遠，想去看櫻花，上野公園也在旁邊而已。要逛的藥妝店 玩具店 徒步也就會到了。 房間垃圾自行處理很方便，這次四個人住也不會太擠，房內廚房用品準備的都很齊全。 走廊的燈希望可以不要用感應式的，上廁所容易打擾到別人。
- Winnie (10/5): Cozy space with a washing machine in Ueno - Good space for a family of 3, it could comfortably fit a family of 4 too, there was both a bunkbed and couch. Washing machine was a big plus for us. It was very convenient to Ueno station for travel around the city. Ueno itself was a busy attraction with lots to do and see! The stove was not user friendly. I would have liked more pillows since the one is very flat. Only 2 packs of detergent were provided, so I had to buy more detergent, but I only found a big box so I would have paid the hotel for another packet. They won't give additional to prevent waste and be sustainable but I'm not sure if offering individual bottles of amenities is the most sustainable. For 6 nights we didn't use up our shampoo and conditioner.

- Pawaputanont (10/5): ประทับใจค่ะครั้งหน้าจะไปอีกนะคะ - เช็คอินเองอัตโนมัติ สิ่งของอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องดีมาก อาบน้ำยาสระผมครีมนวดผม ผ้าขนหนู มีให้ครบ ทำครัวได้มีเตามีจานชามกระทะมีดตะหลิวตู้เย็น ซักผ้าได้มีเครื่องซักผ้าอบผ้า ห้องนอนได้สี่คนสบายสบาย แนะนำให้เอากระเป๋าแบบเปิดฝาบนไปจะดีมาก ไม่มี

- Sudsiri (10/5): ที่พักที่ดีที่สุดเท่าที่เคยพักมา - มีของใช้ครบใช้งาน ห้องเเบ่งได้ดี ไม่มีปัญหาทางด้านที่พัก ใกล้สถานี JR Ueno Station เดินไม่นานก็ถึงสถานีหลัก ไม่มี
