• Michelle (10/5): Perfect. - Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Good location and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be maybe a user guide for equipment in the apartment I.e aircon, tv etc. and maybe restaurant/takeaway guide but this did not affect my stay and I loved it there. Nothing.

• Ute (10/5): Perfekt für einen City- Trip zu zweit. - Ausgezeichnete Lage - nur einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt; quasi im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sauber, modern.Check-in problemlos.
• Lenka (10/5): - Bezvadné ubytování, co se týče lokality, vybavení, komfortu.. Prostorné, oceňuji odělené místo na spaní. Apartmán je vybaven snad vším, na co si vzpomenete. Po delší době jsem byla v ubytování, kde skutečně fungovala televize, wifi atd, daly se dobře zatemnit okna...to, co většina apartmánů slibuje, skutečně tím disponují, ale pak je to tzv" na baterky":-). Tady opravdu vše funkční a účelně zařízené a nešetří na vás ničím od kafe až po toaletní papír:-). Super lokalita, všechno blízko a zároveň klid. -

• Bryan (7/5): Good - Great location! Spacious with tasteful decor. Cleanliness was a problem. Nothing huge but in general felt like it hadn't been cleaned that well in awhile. (Dusty services/floors). The bed was not very comfortable and there were insufficient linens/pillows. Overall pleasant stay but could have been better with some small modifications.
• Furuya (7/5): Good apartment except for summer season - This apartment locates center of Brno and is near the tram station. It's very useful to go sightseeing, lunch and dinner. There are many equipments prepared by owner team and It's very modern apartment in Brno. If we visited here in other seson except for summer, we could wake up for a refleshing feeling by bell of church and we would score 9 to 10 for this apartment. We couldn't check in for a while under the hot weather, because owner didn't inform us of the way of check in and didn't wait for us before we coming. "For visitors in summer" The most important problem was a heat protection. There was an air conditioning and two fans. But they couldn't cool down this room under the temperature 32 to 35 degrees in Brno. Therefore we made ice by a refrigerator and put them in front of a fan. We felt comfortable in the morning by cool wind, but we couldn't stay this room during daytime and, this room was warming, when we came back. Unfortunately we wouldn’t visit this apartment in summer without controling the temperature of the room. "Question" •Facilities includes airconditioning on Booking.com, but why doesn't include it on Airbnb?
