L’host è attento e scrupoloso, interagisce con prontezza e nel limite del possibile è disponibile ad accogliere le richieste. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Piccoli dettagli architettonici legati alla tipologia dell’appartamento: in ambienti ristretti le ante scorrevoli avrebbero potuto aiutare, così come la gestione dei punti luce potrebbe essere razionalizzata. L’accesso non è privo di barriere architettoniche e certamente non può accogliere clienti disabili.

• Jiri (5/5): - I am very disappointed with this accommodation. The electricity did not work in the morning, so I couldn’t even make coffee or charge my phone. The water in the shower stopped after one minute, making it impossible to use. I contacted the Marco, but nobody replied to me at all. The communication was completely absent and unacceptable. Overall, a very bad experience – poor facilities, no support, and no service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Jesus (9/5): Convenient and clean - Very clean, great location! Very convenient with washer and dryer in the unit! The shower is very small. The property is on the 8th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 7th.

We did have to navigate a flight stairs that may not work for some! We would stay here again! Everything met or exceeded are expectations!

Natalia also helped quickly solve problems: taxi, change of bed linen, etc. The only thing that confused us a little was the tiny shower, everything else was great! Convenient location, 5 minutes and you are at the Duomo or the metro)

We arrived at midnight and had trouble using the key to get in the front gates. Had to call the manager to help us which he did

The 4 star hotel a - It was extremely central and very course to the great shops and cathedral. We were so hot and thirty when we arrived at the apartment and there was some nice refreshments with a cake waiting for us on arrival. Will definitely be visiting Milan again and stay in the same place.
