• Eva (8/5): Vi som åker varje år till Nerja. - Stor terrass och nära till havet. Dåligt med husgeråd, om man vill laga mat. Sängkläder saknades i det mindre sovrummet. Dom fick leta efter.
• Emma (10/5): This place is a home away from home. Never sat indoors as the outside terrace was so comfortable with lots of space. - The lovely host, the location, the decor, the fantastic air conditioning, well equipped kitchen with great fridge freezer, but most of all we loved the outdoor terrace. Very little but if I had to be picky larger towels and a mirror in the main bedroom would be good.
• SERHIY (1/5): Fatal, no volvere nunca. - La ubicacion es perfecta, plaza del aparcamiento en el garaje, la terrasa del alojamiento. Esta estancia fue pésima, la peor que he tenido en los años que llevo usando Booking para las reservas de alojamientos. En el primer momento de llegar no pude encontrar las llaves, porque el anfitrión no sabía claramente en cuál de las 12 cajas estaban las llaves. Luego el anfitrión me dijo que el aire acondicionado no funciona y él instaló 3 ventiladores de techo que le costaron 350 euros. Qué espera cuando vendrá el técnico para reparar el aire acondicionado, o será esta noche a las 20:30, o mañana o pasado mañana. Todo esto con calor 40 en la calle. Los ventiladores instalaron en el salón, en un dormitorio solo, y ojo, en la terraza. La limpieza era fatal. Los muebles llenos de polvo; debajo de las camas una capa de polvo que no veas; las sábanas sucias con olor; el alojamiento no admite mascotas y está lleno del pelo del perro; ni champú en el baño y con solo dos pastillas para lavavajilla para cinco noches de estancia. Llamamos al anfitrión, que vino y realizó la limpieza en 10 minutos delante de nosotros, tal cual, y nos trajo las sábanas nuevas para estrenar, que al final eran pequeñas (eran para cama de 150 y la cama es de 180). Le hemos vuelto a llamar a las 22:00, porque no podíamos ni tapar la cama. Respuesta: “ahora todo está cerrado; si a vosotros no os gusta algo podéis coger las maletas y largaros del piso (cuidado las 22:00 i yo con 2 niños), fin”. ¿Qué os parece el trato del cliente? Al día siguiente sí trajo sábanas nuevas ya de la medida. Resulta que pasamos dos noches fatal sin aire acondicionado, pendientes de que llegara el técnico, en una habitación yo, mi pareja y 2 niños, porque en otro dormitorio no había ni ventilador. Resulta que el anfitrión negó cualquier recompensa porque las condiciones no corresponden a la descripción. Puse una queja en Booking; ellos abrieron un caso y luego lo escalaron, tampoco podían llegar a un acuerdo con el anfitrión.Al final valoraron la recompensa en 20% del valor de la reserva.

• Sue (9/5): Central Burriana Beach oasis - The terrace was amazing. We live outside as much as possible and this small flat whose terrace was bigger than the inside space summed up our living style perfectly.

• Ní (9/5): Excellent find - Excellent location, one minute walk to Burriana beach. Fantastic price for what you get in comparison to what else is on offer in Nerja. Bibiana is extremely helpful despite the minor language barrier between us. The apartment is spacious and has everything you would need, kitchen utensils , ice machine, washing machine etc. The outside space is the selling point, it has great views and loads of other activities such as a jacuzzi and a pool table, it is really lovely to sit out on early in the morning and late at night. The beds were slightly uncomfortable for our liking but this is often the case I find in countries with a hot climate. The only other minor issue was noise from the downstairs bar/restaurant although it did not personally impact me that much
