Hanna (3/5): A big letdown - The accommodation was well-equipped, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The accomodation had lots of mold on the walls, it looked as if they just painted over the already moldy walls, and also the air felt suffocating due to a moldy, musty smell. The cleanliness of the place was not adequate. And there was a trash bin in front of the window, which was very noisy when people used it. So after one night we had to find a new accomodation sadly. :(((
Kaype (9/5): It was worthwhile and a good value for the money - Location—close proximity to the necessary places such as cafes, grocery stores, parks and the public transportation The facilities could use some improvements, especially the kitchen facilities such as the exhaust fan and maybe provide at least one kitchen towel. Lastly, I think it would also be better if the rule/guide book for the apartment (e.g. how to connect to the wifi, how the boiler works) is provided on the day of the check-in.
