Malinovic (9/5): Superb - Clean and nice place to stay. Hairdryer, towels and other accesories were included. Keyless dorlock (no need to bring keys with you). Boiler sometimes stops working, and then you have to reset it.

Mujtaba (3/5): Would be great if everything works but it didn’t and they couldn’t get a technician in once after promising it twice - Bed was comfy. It was homely enough to cook meals A bit far to get to centre. The heating and hot water didn’t work. It was reported from beginning. Someone tried to help over chat but it didn’t get sorted. They said someone was going to come to property and fix it but nobody ever came and I just didn’t have hot water for my whole stay or the heating. That really tainted the stay for me.

Andrew (5/5): Lovely apartment, poor access and communication. - Location a little far from centre but a nice straight walk and easy to jump on scooter or cab. Nearly presented and comfortable with all necessary needs for a short stay. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was lack of access. We could not get into the apartment when we first arrived late in the night. Locked outside late at night in -4 degree weather was not enjoyable. This was then a 2 hour wait for maintenance to come unlock the door with a key as the code did not work. We were then locked out a second time from the main door accessing the apartment block the next morning. We were given multiple incorrect door access codes for the building entrance. The contact speaking with us giving the wrong codes was also extremely rude! For a couple only staying for 3 nights this was not the most enjoyable trip. Pair this with excessive phone bill charges needing to call from international numbers made this a quite unenjoyable trip. Can’t say we will return again.

Evgeny (8/5): Very good - Clean, well equipped. Good approach to public transportation. Easy self check in. Very responsive owners . Bedroom window faces the strit. No air-conditioning. No dishwasher
