- Zsuzsanna (3/5): - 4 felnőtt részére foglaltunk és fizettünk szállást. Az apartmanban 3 fő részére volt ágy, ágynemű, törölköző. Meleg víz sem volt az első estén. 2. nap estére sikerült meleg vizet intézni és kaptunk még 1 törölközőt, de ágyat továbbra sem. A kommunikáció borzalmas volt… 3 különböző telefonszámon próbáltunk reklamálni. Mindenki másra adta az utat.
- Ilaria (8/5): - L'appartamento era molto accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Letti comodi e tutto pulito. Luminoso e in posizione comodissima, proprio sotto c'è la fermata del tram e ci passano diversi autobus. Facile il check in e check out in autonomia Il deposito bagagli è possibile ma è necessario recarsi dall'altra parte della città quindi risulta inutile. Il bagno aveva lo scarico del lavandino che non funzionava bene
