• Sonia (9/5): - El trato ha sido espectacular. En cualquier momento podías preguntar cualquier duda que tuvieras que te contestan prácticamente al momento. Super amable. El sofá tendrían que cambiarlo o ponerle una funda al menos.
• Tatiana (10/5): Útil para lo que queríamos - Cercano a bares, restaurantes, emblemas de la ciudad para hacer turismo perfecto Los aires acondicionados no funcionaban, el de la habitación principal ni encendía, y el del salón encendió pero no calentaba, pretendían tener un sistema como en los hoteles con tarjeta para los split y pasamos mucho frío, Salamanca en pleno mes de febrero!!! Tampoco había más mantas ni edredón tuvimos que dormir vestidos las dos noches
• Adrián (8/5): Buen apartamento, mejor ubicación - El apartamento en si estaba genial, ubicación instalaciones, equipamiento.... No lo valoro mejor porque había detalles que me fallaron: la puerta corredera de la habitación estaba rota y no cerraba del todo, de dos luces en el baño fallaba una, debajo de mesa y cama había algo de suciedad y no estaba colocado el menaje de la cocina en su sitio. Detalles que sumados hacen que un apartamento de sobresaliente baje de nivel...
• Paulo (5/5): - Da localização Da limpeza, debaixo da cama do quarto principal estava um monte de cutom acumulado. Saliento o facto de ter reservado para 4 hóspedes e so ter cama feita para 3, entrei em contato com o alojamento e só 24h depois disponibilizaram roupa de cama e toalhas para o 4 hóspede, tivemos de nos arranjar para dormir a primeira noite o que foi péssimo

• Carmen (9/5): Un estupendo lugar de reposo en el centro de esta magnifica ciudad. - El apartamento esta al lado mismo de la Plaza Mayor, es amplio y cómodo. Un tercer piso con ascensor. Sistema de calefacción por aire acondicionado, que cuando no estas se apaga, pero se calienta rápido, por lo que tampoco es un problema. Nos dejó una capsulas para la cafetera, que se agradece. Pequeños detalles. Le falta menaje, un cuchillo que corte bien, sería de agradecer.

• Sergio (8/5): Buena - La ubicación es excelente. Había problemas en la ducha que hacía mucho ruido. No había estufas, lo que hacía que hubiese que encender el aire acondicionado mucho tiempo. Las sábanas no estaban impecables de limpieza.

• Anabel (7/5): Buena ubicación - Ubicacion Camas supletorias muy incómodas, sofá viejo, faltan detalles (toalleros en el baño, espejo de cuerpo entero, gel y champú, accesorios de cocina...). En nuestro caso no pudimos tener aire acondicionado porque no había tarjeta para activarlo.

Faltaria però fer repàs de petites reparacions: soroll A/C del menjador, lavabo que es mou, part de la porta de l'habitació que no es mou, soroll dutxa. Tot això NO ha impedit està molt a gust

• John (7/5): Beautiful location, but not a true apartment if you plan on cooking - The location is amazing. The kitchen is poorly stocked and not set up for actual cooking. It is missing so many basic items needed to cook and clean. No washcloths or kitchen towels. No place mats or tablecloth. Not even a kitchen knife! Everything in the apartment seems like it’s ready to fall apart. The towel hooks in the bathroom, the dining table, the chairs, the plumbing. We woke up one morning without any water to the apartment, messaged the property owner, and they said they would check on it. We never heard back from them again. And don’t touch the bedroom doors or they will fall off!
• Steve (7/5): Good - Great location, and spacious flat with easy access via a lift. The washing machine was full of mould and needs a good clean, as does the shower.
• Parth (7/5): Great stay in Salamanca - Location was absolutely fantastic. Close to everything one would want to see and do Property was spacious and clean. However it requires some immediate maintenance. The doors seem like they would fall on you just when touched. No hand towels in kitchen and the shower makes a very loud sound when in use.

Very large living space inside. Would definitely recommend and would return here. Exceptional value. Domestic disturbance from apartment directly below us. However this is in no way any reflection on the property owners who were absolutely fabulous and communicated with us very quickly. I did let the owners know about the disturbance as it is important to be aware.

The size was a real bonus - a huge apartment. Pity there was no electric jug but not a big deal. The first night in the made-up stretcher bed in the lounge was torture but once I made up the other bed, things improved considerably.

• Kendra (10/5): Perfect Stay in Salamanca - The location of this apartment is PERFECT! So close to everything, and so very comfortable. The views from the spacious windows are gorgeous. The host was responsive and quick to help and answer questions. This was a great place to stay for a quick visit to Salamanca.
