Diego (6/5): No estuvimos muy a gusto - El hotel tiene una buena ubicación para visitar las distintas atracciones cercanas, la habitación estaba limpia. La televisión no funcionó y tampoco el internet, nuestra habitación se quedó todo un día sin agua y no lo pudieron resolver. La comida apenas aceptable, les recomendaría cambiar la carta y ofrecer cosas típicas de la región. Me pareció muy costoso para la calidad y nos pidieron que pagáramos por anticipado cuando hicimos la reserva lo cual no es lo que aparece en las políticas.

mguelfmesa (8/5): Precio-Calidad - El personal es muy amable y presta un buen servicio. El desayuno es completo. Por el precio de la noche, el tamaño de la habitación, la calidad del internet, la variedad de la comida y las actividades recreativas que ofrece el hotel, resulta muy costosa la noche.
Guillermo Alexander (8/5): Una experiencia agradable, pero pudo ser excepcional. - Excelente ubicación y vista espectacular. Las instalaciones son amplias y seguras, además de muy organizadas. La atención del personal fue muy profesional y agradable, y así mismo cuenta con gran variedad de actividades cerca al alojamiento. En la fecha que asistimos hubo un grupo de personas que no utilizaron el bar y mantuvieron el ruido bastante tiempo (musica con alto volumen). Cabe aclarar que el hotel cuenta con un espacio para este esparcimiento, sin incomodar a los demás huéspedes, pero en esta oportunidad, no la utilizaron. Adicional a ello, ya no cuentan con el alquiler de las cuatrimotos en el hotel, y tuvimos una fuga de agua en el baño, la luz de la ducha presentaba fallos, y la TV presentaba fallos en la conexión a internet. (nada alarmante, pero en este hotel tan exclusivo, todo debería funcionar).

Son abiertas, amplias y todo está en perfectas condiciones Un poco la vía que conecta el hotel con la carretera principal. En algunos tramos es angosta y solo un tramo está en placa huella

This charming hotel, just three hours from Bogotá, truly impressed us. The staff: Daniela, Andres, and Juliana were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond. They even treated us to an out-of-this-world chamba juice! With a great breakfast and being dog-friendly, what more could you ask for? Honestly, I loved every moment of my stay. My only real dislike is that I don't have a lot of time to visit more often.
