• Dana Simona (9/5): Nice for a large family or group of friends - It is in a quiet street, close to the train station. Large rooms, 2 full baths, dining+living room and kitchen. Beds are ok. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher which are a plus. I would choose it again when in Florence. The check in is at 16,00, which for me, arriving in Florence at 9,00 in the morning meant that I had to walk around for about 7 hours before I could check in. Also, the property asked about the estimated arrival time because the check is in persona; but this means you have to meet one of the people at the property so, either you wait for them or they wait for you in the apartment. Self check in would be much more easier for both parties.

• Jason (9/5): Great apartment, roomy and air conditioned - 3 bedrooms in total. 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. Theres a private balcony/terrace which is just wonderful with shades if you want to sit outside but not in direct sunlight. Theres a living room and a dining room and theres also a seperate washing room with a washing machine and the kitchen has a dishwasher as well. All the cutlery pots and pans and whatever you may need. One of the bedrooms has a TV There are 2 bathrooms We were in contact with property managers via whatsapp with fast responce time. Overall a fantastic apartment. Parking on the street was no problem Theres an elevator in the building however there are stairs up to the elevator. Nothing it was great
