• Christina (4/5): - Most of all, the reception staff were very lovely. We also loved the space, views, and having a washing machine. Also, its in a beautiful location. Sadly our accommodation was very dirty. Dust, soap scum in the showers, grime, dirty walls and around the door handles, under the basin in the bathroom etc. We communicated with reception and they sent in a cleaner the next day. This helped, but definitely did not completely remedy the situation. I messaged the accommodation in regards to this again and also spoke to reception who said someone would be in touch. I am still waiting 5 days later.... This accommodation is relatively expensive and in desperate need of a huge spring clean and an upgrade. All of this was very disappointing as I had booked it on its reviews saying it was very clean. I definitely would not stay here again after our experience.

• Deb (10/5): A beautiful place to stay - Perfect location, away from the bustle of the city. So close to the water but so quiet. The shower was excellent. Great water pressure. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. And it was immaculately clean. The grounds are stunning and lush. And a lovely little coffee shop close by was an added bonus. Could not fault anything about my stay her and would highly recommend it.

• Clare (6/5): Great pools, disappointing apartment - The pools were great and location was nice (although very noisy being so close to the airport) Our apartment was very old and in desperate need of some maintenance. Water was pouring out of the ceiling from the apartment above, shower pipes made a horrible sound, balcony door wouldn’t lock due to rust and the bedrooms were stuffy with only a fan (it wasn’t even very warm when we stayed) among other things. Other apartments had been updated and were much nicer but unfortunately ours was very disappointing.

• Allan (9/5): Great for a short stay at Surfers - Currumbin Sands Palm Beach apartments was a great place to stay, especially with Cindy helping with an early access to our apartment. There is easy access to the buses for public transport to the airport and shops, and right beside the beach. Air conditioning and fans made sleeping at night a breeze, while lazying in one of the two salt water pools is very relaxing for the day. Lots of restaurants to choose for breakfast or dinner close by. The bathroom needed a flyscreen, since it didn't come with an exhaust fan.

• Lea (8/5): Holidays - We loved the unit and the close proximity to the beach and coffee shop. We didn't like the fact that there was a 6 hour limit on visitor's car parks. We had a three bedroom apartment and as people were coming from different locations we had 3 cars. While we appreciate there is a shortage of space this issue actually ruined our getaway as we were constantly worried we were going to get fined or our cars would be damaged. This issue would stop us from coming here again.
• Snowysontour (9/5): Highly recommended as a relaxing stay - The spacious 3BR apartment was clean & well appointed. Location was excellent, with our apartment on the top third floor at the end of the complex giving us both Sea views & Currumbin Creek views over the Park/Cafe.The gardens & Pools were lovely. Easy access to Beach & walk to Coles & local shops/cafes. Met our needs for 5 adults. Good exercise up 3 floors, as no lift. 😅 Parking is problematic, as only one vehicle allocation onsite for a 3 BR apartment (5 adults with 2 vehicles) There is minimal Visitor parking (6hr limit) & we were warned of very rude note/sticker from Body Corporate on vehicle, if exceeded overnight, despite being advised we could do this. There is however timed Parking next door in Car Park in front of Cafe, unlimited over weekend. Required a key fob to access gate in & also out of the property.

Very safe a secure gated complex. Unit 87, 3 bedroom was updated, very clean, new carpets and lovely decore. Kitchen facility well supplied with utensils. Great for small children. Lots of toys, puzzles, books all ages. Enjoyable family stay. More visitor parking.

• Henriquez (7/5): Our stay was wonderful we loved the gardens ,spa, heated pool there is a lot to love it's proximity - The room could have been cleaer, the floors were unclean upon arrival 2 of our towels had stains on them. Could not get the heaters to work even after calling reception for instructions on how to use them. Just general cleaning could have been more detailed.

Would be great if they updated to proper block out blinds or curtains as the sun comes up relatively early in QLD and it can be uncomfortable with kids.

We are very familiar with the area so there were no surprises Very disappointed in all the onsite construction going on. Loud noise from contractors using power tools from early in the morning till late afternoon including what sounded like drilling through concrete with jasckhammers
