• Chauncey (10/5): - Our stay was in a 1 bedroom apartment. Check in was fully automated and VERY easy. There is no on-site staff to assist in person but they are very responsive through WhatsApp if you have any questions or needs. (There is also a self-service amenities area in the lobby if you need more coffee supplies, bedding or towels). The room was spacious and well-appointed for the price point. The main entrance is on a very busy pedestrian only street, but we felt safe coming and going at all times. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping very close to this hotel. Starbucks located across the (narrow) street. The main subway - Metro - line is a 2 minute walk away. The bed was firm, but comfortable. Good air conditioning in our unit, and the building itself was very quiet. There is a small self-service laundry room on the third floor, use the WeWash app for service (very convenient)! If we find ourselves in Madrid again, we would happily stay here again.

If you are stuck with any issue, its a lot of hassale to do whatsapp chat and receive all AI generated answer, which were very fake. We could not open and close lockers to put bags easily. Not enough lockers were available, so again to-fro messaging to understand where to put luggage. Room does not have microwave, We needed more tea bags, and whatsapp ai keeps saying check utility cabinets. Cabinets did not have it at all. We felt foolish to keep talking to AI. Otherwise location and apartment is good. But if you need to spend lot of time chatting with bot and feels helpless as no human help around.

• Nadine (10/5): Excellente situation au cœur de la puerta del sol - La situation de l’appartement est idéal dans Madrid. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied et, pour tout ce qui nécessite d’être transporté, il y a le métro juste à côté. Franchement le rêve ! Nous avions l’appartement avec la terrasse mais ça ne vaut pas vraiment la peine (on ne voit pas la rue et il y a un rooftop dans l’immeuble). Après cela permettait d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans être incommodé par l’animation du quartier (très peu de bruit dans l’appartement). L’ensemble était propre, pratique, confortable. La douche manquait un peu de pression et de régularité dans le chaud / froid. Mais c’est un détail. Le check-in sans accueil manque un peu d’humanité, néanmoins il est très bien organisé. C’était clair. Globalement très satisfaisant et je recommande 👍

• Jose (10/5): - Lo recomiendo al 100%. Aunque la calle es peatonal, el taxi te deja muy cerca. Justo al lado hay un supermercado. Tiene muchos restaurantes al lado y muchas tiendas cercas. Cerca de todo. Si tienes carro alquilado, tambien hay un estacionamiento muy cerca. Aunque en Madrid no necesitas tener carro. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. Las camas y almohadas son muy comodas. No se escucha ningun ruido de la calle. Muy limpio. La comunicacion con el Hotel, aunque es x WA, es execelente. Puedes escribir a cualquier hora y ellos te responden. Tambien puedes dejar las maletas en unos lockers que tienen abajo.

• Teresa (6/5): - The property is very small for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 pre-teen). Only 3 chairs provided. Very noisy on last night - hammering and drilling sounds at 2 am, 4 am and 6 am. On the plus side - bathroom smelled of bread baking most of the late afternoon to evening.
• Alexandre (6/5): Hospedagem muito bem localizada. - O quarto fica localizado exatamente no centro, perto de tudo a pé. Apesar do fervo de pessoas e barulhos ao redor, o quarto é MUITO silencioso. Não se ouve nada pois tem janelas antiruídos. O único ponto de melhoria é que entra muita luminosidade por baixo da porta pois o corredor é bem iluminado. Quando chegamos o chão estava MUITO sujo. Com poeira e sujeiras. (Vou anexar foto). O self checkin é fácil e possui amenidades no hall de entrada como papel higienico extra, toalhas e roupas de cama. Possui também utensílios de cozinha, cooktop, lava louças, frigobar etc. A única ressalva é que pelas fotos o apartamento parece maior do que realmente é. Ele é bem pequeno. Mas para uma estada pequena, vale a pena. A localização é excelente para quem quer fazer tudo a pé.

Er miste wel een haak in de badkamer en een stoel bij de eettafel. Na een melding te hebben gemaakt, is er de volgende dag een stoel geleverd. Doordat het appartement in een drukke straat ligt, was het tot laat wel druk buiten en lawaai door vuilnis dat werd opgehaald. Daarnaast hoor je ook lawaai vroeg in de ochtend door leveranciers die producten leveren.

• Anna (4/5): Great apartment but safety concerns - I was really excited to stay at this hotel in Madrid. The location is amazing and the apartment was modern, clean and had a great terrace. I had read all the reviews of this property and other Numa hotels and they seemed great. I give kudos to the hotel property manager who helped me with the following issue. The reason I am giving this stay at 2 star is because of safety issues. I booked this hotel for 4 nights and only stayed 2. On the first night at 11:00pm the door to my apartment was opened by a gentleman, who identified himself as staff and did apologize. I called the hotel property manager and she said that only the person with the pin can enter the room. She changed the pin access immediately. On the second night at 2:30am, I woke up to someone trying to enter my room by entering different pins. They sounded like they were rolling around a cleaning cart, and did not sound like confused hotel guests. As a solo female traveler I felt very unsafe. They refunded me the two nights I did not stay but I am asking for a full refund as this is unacceptable.

• Connie (6/5): Check in fatal, me proporcionaron código incorrect - Numa Sol lo mejor que tiene es su ubicación e instalaciones, sin embargo tuve varias complicaciones durante mi estancia: 1. Al intentar ingresar al departamento por primera vez no me dejó ya que el código que me habían enviado por mail no era. Estuve esperando respuesta por parte del robot a través de un whatsapp y finalmente después de 20 min aprox me dieron un código para emergencias y con ese pude entrar los dos siguientes días, así que hasta el 3er día arreglaron mi código, entonces el servicio de check in fatal, porque de nada sirve que todo esté automatizado si el código que te pasan es incorrecto. 2. Dice que incluye lavandería y no fue así, porque si quería usar la lavadora y secadora debía descargar otra app y pagar por usarla.

They state everything that you need to know is to be found under your booking in the app yet the app only gives a limited outline as to what is available. • Julio (6/5): Muy buen lugar pero incomodo. - El lugar está muy bien ubicado, todo se ve nuevo y de buena calidad, solo que reserve para 4 adultos y el espacio es insuficiente para 4 personas y un solo baño también es insuficiente para 4 adultos al no tener recepción me parece impersonal si se ofrece algo como más toallas, cobijas o algo no hay personas que te puedan ayudar, nosotros tuvimos un inconveniente con la tv y el wifi por qué no había servicio de wifi y la tv no funcionó nos comunicamos a la propiedad y nos contestó un robot.

• Brady (10/5): - Right by the Puerta del Sol. Can't beat the location for walkability. A newish efficiency apartment with modern appointments and a huge terrace. The nearby plaza protests and city bustle, siren noise can be a surprise to suburban folks. Bring a sound machine or ear plugs if you can. TV has no WiFi connection and bath occasionally has a sewer smell. Keep the window cracked.

I totally recommend staying with NUMA, the only thing I didn't like was that they charged my credit card 2 days prior my arrival, even though they advertise on Expedia they'll charge on arrival day. Aside from that, everything was great.

• Carlos (10/5): Centrally located and well appointed! - I very much enjoyed my trip at Numa Madrid Sol. The apartment was centrally located and easily accessible. It was in great condition and had all the necessary amenities. I will likely stay there again.

• Andrea (6/5): - Super bien ubicado en pleno centro de Madrid, cómodo el apto, la cocina bella, el baño impecable y el cuarto pequeño pero cómodo. Lo que no tuvimos suerte fue con el aire acondicionado terrible para dormir, pedimos un ventilador pero bueno la idea es tener aire acondicionado, nuestra puerta perdió la configuración y tuvimos que esperar al rededor de 2 horas para que vinieran a abrir la puerta, pedimos limpieza a la habitación pero como la reserva era menos de 10 días no la hicieron, incluso pidiendo pagarla…..
• Marco (10/5): - We stayed in this apartment for two days and it was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and had all the necessary. The position is great, really close to Sol square. There's also a mini shop really close if you need to buy food or something. Also they have the luggage deposit on the base floor and the roof top is free to use. Great experience
