• Andrey (9/5): Great place to stay and enjoy on Tenerife - I was really delighted staying at the property. It resides in calm but pretty central location with short access to grocery and many restaraunts. Playa de los Guios with stunning views of Los Gigantes is accessable within 10 minutes while natural pool is just 5 minutes walking down the street. The appartments are located 2 minutes from a bus station where they can get a bus to the Masca shuttle. The property is fully equipped and is very comfortable. Its terrace is large and welcomes to watch Los Gigantes from a distance. From my experience, this is the best place to discover Tenerife and enjoy warm ocean at the south part of island. I was not sure about how to turn on the lights on the terrace. It can be a matter of broken move sensors or similar but I didn't care too much. It can be a good idea to have an additional set of keys in order to make the guests more flexible coming in and out the property. Playa de los Guios beach can be quite dangerous for swimming due to waves. I strongly recommend wearing the coral shoes (this is a must for children) if you are going to visit the beach and go to the ocean.

• Ausma (9/5): - The terrace is huge, with comfortable furniture and fantastic view on Los Gigantes cliffs and the ocean. The sun gets to the terrace at about 10am but at lunch the dining table is in a shadow. The windows are huge giving a perfect view on the terrace and Los Gigantes cliffs. Apartment had everything from coffee, towels, wasching mashcine. Water in the pool is freezingly cold, we could not use the pool, it is not heated.

The property had a large terrace but unfortunately mostly in the shade, noisy in the day with building work, noisy at night with karaoke singers from nearby bar. Noise from the building work, noise from nearby bars, gates and doors that you can’t leave thru without a key, terrace mostly in shade, only a breakfast bar inside, bed very firm, swimming pool tiny and in the shade most of the day.
• Mark (8/5): We love apartment and will be back if poss ! - Location, clean, secure, lovely balcony, good views all what you need is there ! Bed abit to firm, bedding poor arrived late and no milk for a cuppa !

We enjoyed our stay but a few points which need addressed. See below. We would be interested in booking again as we are considering returning at the same time in 2025. Took ages to find right gate when we arrived in dark. A picture of gate clearly showing it’s position in complex would have helped. Keys very difficult to get out of lock. Only one set available was also unsatisfactory. Kettle worked only sporadically. Needs to be replaced. Stopper in kitchen sink didn’t work. Had to use tiny basin to wash dishes. Microwave door iffy. Had to bang it several times to get microwave to work. No information on operating television. Lights above toilet sink stopped working day 2. Toilet needs those lights as it’s dark without them. . It was also very difficult to contact Dream Holidays. I tried phoning and leaving messages on several occasions.
