• Heather (8/5): Spacious comfy apartment that with some attention to detail to the whole property could be a wonderful experience. - The location and the spacious apartment Arrival had taints of a mystery game play. Hard to find eg name did not match the building and street number was hard to read; garage door code was finally located on the key tag but not labeled; lock on front door was dodgy; garbage left at the front door; security door to the garage was broken and if not for the lovely neighbors who helped and also shooed away the random kids in the pool (they just jumped the fence and came into the pool area) entry could have been a problem. On entry and at least 24 hours there was an obnoxious odor in the apartment-maybe a cleaning product. The public areas need attention - dirty eg stairwells; dodgy and dirty floor covering on entry; security is non existent eg broken locks. It feels like with some minor maintenance this property could be a lot better.

• Christine (4/5): Overpriced. Arrival & settling in difficult. Stairs & 30 steps from 2nd bdrm to front door 2much! - Location was good. Renovators in unit next door gave us direct contact to owner of unit who helped us access wifi as book with details was missing for our stay and helped us with TV access. The property had 13 stairs to get to our unit from the garage. This was not evident in the description of the property and was not easily accessible. Name of unit building on ad did not match the name on bldg.
• Colleen (7/5): Unit was very large and comfortable good spot with shops and restaurants and esplanade was wonderful with plenty of benc - Great position close to shops and local hotel esplanade across the road Very steep stairs from the garage and no lifts very difficult to get luggage up to unit . Last day of our stay there was jackhammering in next unit at 8 am and the worker told us that we should have been notified noisy all day couldn’t relax at all and had to go up the street to use our phones to get away from the noise.
• Tom (8/5): Nice position to beach and for long walks - Lovely balcony but chain smoking neighbours on their balcony made it impossible to leave large sliding doors open or to enjoy the balcony

• Glenys (7/5): - Well set up with plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery. 1st floor, only stairs , lights at night on the stairs very poor. Not much sunlight only front balcony early morning. Second bedroom, felt almost damp and no extra blanket for the cold nights . Some mould on the ceiling of the laundry cupboard.
• Sharon (6/5): Great location and well equipped unit with lots of space . - Had everything thing we needed There was a bit of a smell as we entered and a lot of black mould in the washhouse cupboard where we were looking for extra blankets as the couple that slept in the back bedroom were freezing on the first night . Also noticed mould coming through on the ceiling in the lounge area . Second night was better as we turned the heater on and used blankets that were in our car .

• Shell P (8/5): View of the water, quiet and clean - Great location, just across the road from the beach. Quiet part of town. Short walk to food places including small store and gift shop. Full kitchen with full appliances and large range of cutlery, utensils, crockery, etc. LOVED the extra large TV. Room was all tiled except for master bedroom. Very unique layout, very long hallway. Could not stand in kitchen and speak to guests in other bedrooms (not great with children). Very tight undercover parking. Second level apartment, only stairs, no lift so no good for wheelchairs, etc.
• Jane (8/5): Very good - Really roomy. Huge unit. Free Netflix was nice. The floors were dirty. We didn't realise how dirty until we looked at the soles of our feet and they were black. Just a couple of other things that could be added - oven mits and extra tea towels. Also the tea towel that was there was a new one that hadn't been washed so it didn't dry anything.

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The location, the size and cleanliness of the apartment all very comfortable, also great air conditioning and the use of netflix was terrific Could have had some more tea, coffee and sugar supplied
• Daphne (7/5): We felt that maintenance was lacking but when we contacted the office they were pleased to help. - We enjoy the space and location. We had to get aircon checked as it wasn’t working also fire alarm battery beeping all night in the main bedroom. It was all fixed quickly. The pool Wasn’t clean but was being cleaned just as we were leaving. Thanks

• Kez (8/5): Enjoyable, would definitely recommend the property but upgrade that 2nd bed - The location was great. The facilities were good. We didn't need anything that wasn't already in the property, it was well stocked. The double bed in the 2nd room needs to be replaced. When sleeping on it you end up rolling towards the middle. A better quality bed would've saved me a sore back.
