david (3/5): not a very good location, room suitable for disabled people. - the gym was clean with good equipment, concierge very helpful. The room was dirty on arrival. hairs in the bathroom. The room is for a disabled person, if you are not disabled the room is not suitable for you. The fridge was very small and not working well. I asked to change rooms but nothing available.

Sihan (10/5): Ascott Aparthotels blew accor pro max out of the water - The room was spacious with nice noise shielding, the full set of furnishings with a fridge and a kettle and a water purifier were organised intuitively in their respective doors in the room with no difficulty to find and use them, making the environment neater than expected. The room provided rich media options as well as charging sockets, the bluetooth loudspeakers packed a punch. The room included 2 sets of dental kits with toothpaste and toothbrush, giving guests better dental care than other budget hotels with similar pricing. The buffet breakfast was amazing without crowds. This sustainable aparthotel can actually satisfy all the expectations from students who expect to live in an aparthotel. The shower temperature control was unstable, as well as the tap sensor, you need to try your luck with them; going to North Point station was a rush, and the bed was a bit too narrow.

Karen (9/5): We enjoyed our stay despite some minor issues. We would choose Ascott North Point again. - The bathroom hardware was great and water pressure was very good. The bed was firm and provided good support for a good night sleep. The room was quiet even though the hotel was located in a busy area. The washer/dryer combo user manual was not self-explanatory and the dry only function did not work. The rug under the bed is a dust collector and it might cause the danger of trip and fall. Housekeeping did not thoroughly vacuum the rug.

Tatiana (10/5): - The room was great. Location is perfect only 3 min away from metro. There is a promenade 1 mon walk from hotel. the hotel has even scales in a room, super comfortable to weigh luggage in advance. It was a bit cold in a room and the fan wasn’t working to warm up.
Gisela (10/5): Tolles Hotel in autentischer Lage - Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr lebhaften Viertel, in dem Einheimische leben und auch ihre tägliche Einkäufe erledigen, sodass man eine guten Eindruck in bezug auf das "wahre" nicht vom Tourismus geprägte Leben in Hongkong bekommt. Zusätzlich ist man in wenigen Schritten an der MRT Station und auch der Weg zum Wasser ist nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Frühstück war lecker. Als besonderen Service erhielten wir sogar einen zusätzlichen Heizkörper aufs Zimmer als uns kalt war. Toll!!!

Brenda (8/5): One bed room is good for 2 people to stay. Clean, - The washing machine is convenient and it has dryer function build-in. Dryer is useless. We ended up hanging the clothes in the room to dry. Free coffee in the business centre. There is no universal power points in the room, we need to buy the universal power points converter from the hotel vending machine. An international branded hotel should have the design in the room.

Every single staff is very friendly. We used the gym 3 times, very good and clean! Will definitely come back! My daughter said the mattress is too firm for her but I am fine with it. Other that that, no complaint at all !

The bed was very hard even for someone who likes a firm bed. The kitchen amenities could be better. A couple of wine glasses and cork screw! The fridge is tiny. Wasn’t an issue for us but for longer stays might be frustrating.

조조 (9/5): 나홀로 여성 여행자 추천 - 위치 좋고. North Point역이 가까워요. A11.A12공항버스 정류장과 가깝고 숙소 앞에 과일시장 완전 저렴해서 좋아요. 급하게 번역할게 있어서 프론트 직원에게 밤10시 넘어서 출력요청했는데 기꺼기 도와주셨어요. 로비 직원들도 휴대폰 유심연결하는데 도움을 주셔서 친절했어요. 4일 묵으면서 샤워실에 머리카락이 막혔는지 마지막날 물이 좀 넘쳤지만, 대체적으로 깔끔하게 청소해주시고 좋았어요.

Location is within 2 blocks of the MTR and right next to the cooked food market, which makes it great for getting ultra local food. I was very lucky to be able to check in early as the room was already made early. Quite unusual for hotels. Minor quibble is that the disability sink's faucet has no temperature regulation.
