• Maria Chiara (10/5): A roma super comodissimo - Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, sempre contattabile. La casa era spaziosa e pulita, vicinissimo alla stazione Termini (circa 20 minuti a piedi) e vicina anche a molte attività commerciali. Era vicinissima al centro dove frequentavamo un corso e per noi è stato straordinario poter tornare a casa e prepararci da mangiare in modo sano. Direi tutto ok
• Hermanny (10/5): O apartamento nos atendeu muito bem. Bem localizado e com todas as comodidades necessárias. - Apartamento confortável, bem localizado Poderia ter self check in e a taxa de turista ser cobrada juntamente com a hospedagem.
• Michaela (8/5): - Byt bol super, celkovo sa nám páčilo. Treba si dávať pozor na spodný zámok na dverach. Nesmie sa otáčať. Nedali sa otvoriť a nevedeli sme sa dostať von. Našťastie prišiel majiteľ a všetko sa vyriešilo pomerne rýchlo.

Data l'ampiezza dell'alloggio, con la possibilità di ospitare 6 persone, ci pare indispensabile fornire una doppia chiave in modo che tutti possano essere autonomi. A nostra richiesta una seconda chiave non ci è stata fornita e nostro figlio 25enne non ha potuto girare per conto suo in autonomia.

• ANA ANDREA (8/5): Estancia agradable. - Las habitaciones son amplias, la cocina tiene lo que necesitas para preparar un desayuno y el dueño amable. En general la estancia ha sido buena. La ubicación aunque no está cerca del centro conecta muy bien con el transporte público y hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Le faltan ventiladores para las habitaciones porque hacía calor en la noche y si abres la ventana había mucho ruido. La ducha necesita una limpieza profunda.
• Adrian (10/5): Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a lively and well-connected area of Rome - Spacious and comfortable apartment in the San Lorenzo area, conveniently located near Termini station. Well connected to the city center by bus and tram. The building has a reception during the day, which is helpful for check-in and general assistance. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, glasses, and even a moka pot for authentic Italian coffee at home. The host met us at check-in and provided helpful information. The neighborhood has a 24/7 market and plenty of places to eat at very reasonable prices. Check-out was simple — we just left the keys inside as instructed. Would definitely stay here again! The fixed shower head wasn’t working properly, so we had to use the handheld one. Also, the triple room didn’t have air conditioning, while the other bedroom and the living room each had one. The location isn’t central — but that’s clearly stated when booking.
• Shirley (10/5): Very good communication with host and no issues whatsoever. Checking in and out was simple. While family were really ple - Very spacious with large bedrooms and lots of space to move around Nothing. It suited our family just fine.

• Andres (8/5): Good value - It's close to tram and bus stop direct to the historic centre. The cemetery nearby is a good experience to walk around very old tombs. Pizza lane a few minutes walk, Carrefour and other shops very close. Spacious and warm, well decorated feels like a home away from home. Host was responsive. No kettle No dishwasher to clean after yourself No self service check in, call 15 minutes ahead for the host to arrive.
• Benjamin (9/5): The apartment was clean, comfortable and served our needs. I would stay there again. - It would be nice to have a second set of keys so that people can return to the apartment at different times.

• D (9/5): A cozy place for a family stay in Rome - Apartments located in the city center (5-7 min. from central station via Taxi/ 15 min. via Public bus). Spacious apartment for 6 people with kitchen utensils, furnished bathroom, Air conditioner in rooms and lift facility. super friendly and welcoming staff, easily reachable via phone/what's app. Minor traffic/ambulance noise during night when the window is open.
