• Anna (10/5): Doskonałe miejsce do poznawania uroków całej zatoki Neapolitańskiej, polecamy - Apartament naprawdę przestronny, dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Najważniejsza jednak lokalizacja -dla nas nie do pobicia. Kilkanaście minut pieszo do Centro Storico, kolejki Circumvesuviana i na dworzec kolejowy oraz przystani, kilka minut do metra Duomo, więc doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta i całego regionu. Jeszcze bliżej sklep Conad. Przy głównej ulicy więc łatwo dostępny o każdej porze, ale położony z drugiej strony budynku od strony dość cichej uliczki -przy ogromnym hałasie całego miasta w środku jest cicho. W łazience woda ciepła, pod dobrym ciśnieniem, nam wystarczała na naprawdę dłuuuugi prysznic dla 2 osób (były opinie że bojler wystarcza na 1 osobę). W kuchni podstawowe sprzęty, kawa, herbata, cukier. W połowie kwietnia klimatyzacja przyjemnie ogrzała nam sypialnię pierwszej nocy. Wygoda łózka to rzecz gustu -my lubimy miękkie. W tym miejscu podziękowanie dla Lorenzo za spełnienie prośby o dodatkową kołdrę Deska sedesowa krytykowana w wielu opiniach nadal urwana. Brak połowy drzwi z prysznica zastąpiony zasłoną. Dostępne kosmetyki to resztki po poprzednich gościach -w efekcie 4 różne szampony, bez żelu pod prysznic. Przy niewielkim nakładzie sił i środków można to poprawić, znacznie podnosząc standard łazienki. W kuchni brak normalnej wielkości kubków do herbaty, nie każdy zadowoli się małym espresso. Żaluzje zewnętrzne bez możliwości regulacji, więc w apartamencie brak światła, można je tylko otworzyć, a przy otwartych oknach wpadają owady, z którymi walczyliśmy (skutecznie!) po przyjeździe całe popołudnie. Nieporozumienie z torbą brudów po poprzednich gościach i sąsiadem z naprzeciwka, które udało się wyjaśnić dopiero po kilku dniach. Ale to drobiazgi nie mające większego wpływu na ogólną ocenę pobytu

• Angelika (3/5): Disappointing experience. - Convenient location. Owner’s recommendation to the Library Bar. He was helping moving the luggage. It has potential to become a good place to stay in a beautiful city. Serious hygiene concerns throughout the property. The non-slip bathroom mat was infested with black mould and had a strong mouldy smell. The toothbrush cup and kitchen cutlery holder were visibly dirty with residue buildup. Two bath towels were torn and broken. The dishwashing sponge appeared heavily used and unhygienic—we had to buy a new one ourselves. The undersink cabinet emitted a foul smell and contained a bucket with stagnant dirty water. All kitchenware (cups, glasses, plates) had to be washed before use, as many items still had grease or food residue. The air-conditioning units only produced cold air—there was no heating at all. The flat was unacceptably cold during our stay (end of March/early April). The situation was difficult. The owner apologetic but was defensive, stating that “no one told him” and that previous guests said everything was fine. However, these are not subtle issues—they are immediately visible and noticeable. Running a holiday rental requires care, attention, and responsibility. The owner personally opened the door for us, which makes the condition even harder to understand. It is not the role of guests to clean, replace essential items, or highlight obvious failings. A host should not rely on being told—these are things one can see, sense, and recognise and take care. Proper inspection and maintenance are the owner’s duty. We followed the owner’s recommendation for parking at Gran Gusto Spa (Via Nuova Marina 5, 80133 Napoli, €40/day, valet service). The car was returned without any mention of issues, but we later discovered significant scratches on the rear right side. We left our car there 5 days 4 nights straight. We literally paid €160 for damages instead of safety.

Ci ha accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, ci ha dato consigli per visitare al meglio Napoli avendo poco tempo a disposizione, La casa è molto bella e funzionale ed è in una posizione centralissima per girare la città a piedi e comunque ha una fermata metro a pochi passi se si vuole usare i mezzi. • Margot (8/5): A great base for visiting Napoli and the surrounding area - Lorenzo is a charming, helpful host. He was there in person to meet us with the keys and show us the spacious apartment. He sent info on restaurants. On request, he changed our towels mid-stay at no charge, and he kindly booked a taxi for us on departure day. The apartment is on a very busy main stret but located at the rear of the building so quiet inside. Easy to walk (15 mins) to Garibaldi train station to get to Pompeii etc. Close to the historic centre and all main sites in the city. The toilet seat needs replacing/fixing which Lorenzo did point out on checkin in. We stayed for 8 nights and would have liked more clothes storage in the bedroom - there is plenty of space to put in a chest of drawers in the bedroom. There was a problem getting out of the main door of the building on departure as there was a malfunction with the automatic lock and as we had already left the keys in the apartment (as requested) we could not unlock the door. I phoned Lorenzo who despite the early hour of the morning, did answer his phone and I am sure he would have come personally to unlock us but luckily another resident came along after about 10 minutes who had keys and we made the airport in time. I hope Lorenzo follows up with the building manager about the lock malfunction.

• Szymon (10/5): - Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie na rodzinny pobyt. Powitał nasz bardzo uczynny i przyjazny gospodarz (pozdrawiamy), który przekazał klucze, opowiedział o mieszkaniu i okolicy. Polecamy pizzerię obok oraz bar na (włoskie) śniadanie. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - cicha (okna wychodzą na tył domu), a jednocześnie można na piechotę dostać się w najważniejsze miejsca Neapolu. Łóżka wygodne, wielkość mieszkania odpowiednia dla 4ech osób, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Samo miasto bardzo nam się podobało! Zdecydowanie polecam!

• Fiona (10/5): Very spacious and comfortable apartment - Very clean and spacious. Host was very welcoming and helpful. There is a kitchen and washing machine. About 10 min walk to the old city centre. Very secure. There is a lift if needed. Very close to Metro - only one stop to get to the tourist train to Pompeii. I only took a video so couldn't post photos but the apartment was very roomy with two couches and the main bedroom separate. Lorenzo very helpful and accomodating to me needing to rush check in as I had a tour booked immediately and my flight had been delayed. Great communication. Lovely pinboard with all the messages that travellers have left after a stay was a nice touch.

• Geoffrey (8/5): A good spacious apartment, well located, and we would visit again. Lorenzo, the host, was very pleasant and helpful. - A good apartment where all the important things work: spacious, with a generally good quality to the renovation; effective and quiet air conditioners, good hot water supply and a large fridge. There is a certain style to the apartment with the ceiling and lighting done the way it is, and it has good windows and two balconies with a view of a small piazza. You enter from the main street through one of those monumental timber doors but the apartment is quiet as it faces the back, and there is a lift that will fit one person and one large suitcase comfortably, followed with a short flight of stairs to the apartment door. Or you can just take the stairs. It has good accessibility to the University Metro station, Conad supermarket is also close, there are eateries close by. In short, we would stay there again, as it seems pretty good value. If you want to have two pillows each on the bed, you will need to request this from your host, Lorenzo, we did not bother. Lorenzo was very informative about the apartment and where to eat, shop etc. On the basis that reviews that say “everything is perfect” are pretty useless, we provide two examples which tell you a bit more about how the apartment operates. First example is one where we could have asked for the host to do something and no doubt he would have - in this case, the handle on the breadknife was totally loose, and would just come off. Did we want him riding around on his scooter to bring us another knife? No, we just worked with it. Second example is a bit more fundamental: the shower would originally have had a sliding glass door, but this must have been broken at some stage. It has been replaced by a generic shower curtain which is too long. Dealing with a shower curtain diminishes the bathroom somewhat as a result.

Lorenzo, our host, made sure that everything was going ok for us and checked in with us a couple fo times during our stay. His local recommendations were very useful. He kindly gave us a late afternoon checkout as the apartment was not booked for that night. All in all, many thanks Lorenzo In case you don't like stairs, be aware that you need to use one easy flight of stairs to reach the apartment

There is even a washing machine. A lift. Fully-equipped kitchen. A view to a quiet street. A cafe and great pizzeria around the corner, as well as a supermarket. Lorenzo is a perfect host. Responsive , easy-going, friendly. I am travelling with my little son, and I felt secure and welcome. Thank you!

• Klemens-svn (10/5): Amazing stay and host - This place is perfect for a comfortable stay in Naples. Apartement is very spaceous with all the ammenites that you need. Bed is comfortable, WIFI works fast and location is close to old town, metro station and port. Supermarket is just around the corner, there are many restaurants and pizza places around. Apartement has two AC units (one in bedrom and another in living room) which is very helpful in hot summer days, especially if you don't like direct AC in the bedrom. Host Lucenzo is amazing and very helpful with all the tips to make your stay even better.

• Leanne (10/5): A fabulous stay in a well located apartment. - I loved the location of Lorenzo’s apartment. It was easy walking distance to a supermarket, the metro, the old town, harbour and the Spanish Quarter. We walked everywhere. Lorenzo was fabulous and gave us lots of information and suggestions for restaurants. The apartment was quiet as it is located at the back of the block with a view to a small piazza. It was perfect for our 3 night stay with all of the necessary facilities. Thanks Lorenzo!
• Pinaki (10/5): Large comfortable house in Napoli centre, close to station with all amenities and a lift ! - la Finestra checks all the boxes for a fabulous stay. Large rooms, high ceilings, great location and with a lift ! It’s in an old building and is a 5-10 min walk from the old town. It’s on the main street and hence easily accessible. It’s also about 5-7 mins by taxi from Napoli Centrale. If you have light luggage, you could actually walk the distance. The apartment has 1 Bedroom and a large living cum dining area. There is a kitchen adjoining the living room. The host Lorenzo was extremely helpful and constantly in touch to ensure a smooth check-in. He was waiting in the road when I arrived by taxi. He explained ever including his recommendations for good restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent ! The bedroom was large with a king sized bed. It had a TV to relax. Adequate sheets and pillows were provided. The living area was very spacious with a sofa, a large TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. the kitchen had tea, coffee, salt, sugar and oil in case someone needed to cook. There was a bottle of water in the fridge which was quite useful. There was 1 bathroom which was large and had high quality accessories and adequate amenities. I would definitely come back here if I visit Napoli again. Highly recommended for 2-4 people. Nothing ! Everything was great.

Perfect hub to explore the city and to hop on the Circumvesuviano to visit the interesting sites along the bay of Naples. Excellent communication with the host, very friendly and helpful.

No elevator to get to the exact floor of the apartment. Apartment in between floors 1 and PB. . Had to carry our lugguage in the stairs. The host attitude. Took our luggage out before the time he requested we got it since he had other passengers coming. Not very organized. He was rude since the moment our stay finished. He even offered to help with the laggage down the stairs ( our Uber was already there ) and then he automatically said " I have to give the new passenger the tour, I'll be right down and I help you" . We had to carry it on our own. No internet on the first day, it was rainy and we had to work. He had to change the router while we were there. He tried to fix it, but give me the impression he just doesn't check the apparment full conditioning before renting it. Also just gives me the impression that he is polite while you pay and the minute you are not a client anymore you don't matter. Wouldn't chose it again.

Most important, Lorenzo, our host which treated us like friends/family, he let us come very early to leave our luggage. He also gave us recommendationa for everything, restaurants, transportation etc. he let us stay for a very late check out for the luggage, and was so helpful for our whole stay for 3 nights! This was 12/10! Best regards from Norway
• Frankdew (6/5): Hot water is the one reason you may not want to stay here. - The host is friendly and helpful. They let us check in earlier. The location is great for seeing sites and restaurants. The unit is large and comfortable. Some people may think it isn't quiet, but it is quiet for a busy city in a convenient location. There is one major problem and it's big enough that we could never stay here again. The hot water for the shower lasts only long enough for a quick shower for one and then takes hours to heat up again, because it is a very small tank and it's heated by electricity. If you take time to wash your hair, you won't even have enough water for one shower. It's too bad, but for the price of this unit the hot water situation isn't acceptable. The host is available to contact for smaller issues, but obviously there is not point to contact them to have the hot water tank replaced with a bigger tank and changed from electric to gas.

The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, very good airco, and very wel insulted so no noise from outside, photo's on the web site give a very good idea of reality Nothing, all was perfect

Lorenzo is super kind and helpful. Note: Apartment is located 1 floor up. lift opens up between floors 1 and 2, therefore there are a dozen steps to go down before you get to the apartment. Not enough hot water. 2 people can not take back to back showers. Some stains on the bath towels. Repairs needed: broken toilet seat, bathroom towel rack. A bright green light from the heating/cooling unit in the bedroom shines in your face the whole night.

• Anders (10/5): Perfect location for exploring Naples - Virtually everything: - The location, at the edge of the old city with its history, restaurants, bars, shops, and places to visit - The apartment itself - clean, well appointed and quiet. - The access to public transport - one subway stop (Duomo) from the central railway station and bus stops to everywhere else within a few minutes walk
• Silvana (10/5): Excellent choice in central Napoli - Very comfortable apartment in central Napoli, easy to reach from the airport with the airport bus and one stop of metro or 15 min walk. Despite being on a main road, is quiet. The building is beautiful, rooms spacious and you have everything inside. Our host, Lorenzo is nice and helpful, answering to all questions. Easy to rich by foot places of interest. Many pizza places and trattoria at just 10 min walk. A supermarket is located at 3 minutes distance and also a local shop where one can taste Italian cheese and charcuterie. Be aware that in the winter is cold in the apartment, air conditioning is the only source for warming up.

• Sebastian (9/5): Superb - Lorenzo was a really nice host who talked us through the ins and outs of the apartment and also provided some really great recommendations for places to visit in and around Naples. Whenever you needed something he was always really quick to respond and try to resolve it, such as we had an issue with the internet one day and he quickly came over and fixed it within minutes. The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious and has everything you need such as air conditioning, towels, soaps, fridge, TV, internet and even a washing machine. Also, a nice plus was being able to connect your phone to the TV. The apartment is also really quiet so you hear no noise at night. There are a lot of nice cafés and restaurants nearby too, as well as shops for whatever you might need. I would definitely recommend staying here. Although this was probably due to a miscommunication at my end. I did not state that I was staying with a friend instead of as a couple, so there were no extra bed sheets/linens for the sofa bed. This meant Lorenzo had to get extra bed sheets/linens to make up the sofa bed. I appreciate that he went out of his way to do this, but thought charging an additional 10 euros for this was a bit expensive. So, if you are in a similar situation definitely point this out before arriving to avoid this.
