We had an amazing time loved Mijas and h - Gorgeous property, great location, thoughtfully stocked with laundry detergent, ice cubes, water bottles, chocolate, oil, salt and pepper, body creams. Great view from the rooftop. There was a diagram on the wall of the area and the owner’s favourite places to eat. Definitely nothing we didn’t like

• Aleš (10/5): Fantastic Andalusian apartment - From the moment of booking everything went incredibly smooth, apartment is a hidden gem in beautiful Mijas. It's well equipped, clean, cozy, even with a little surprise treats (fruits, youghurts, chocolate) as a gift from owner. We really loved the place. You have a nice terrace with beautiful view of the town, tips from owner where supermarket is, where to go to have nice sightseeing... I highly recommend this place!

The view from the rooftop terrace was unbelievable. Andrews art work really give the house a personal touch . Thankyou for a wonderful stay ❤️ nothing at all. everything was fab.
• Karolis (9/5): Charming Andalucian apartment! - The host Andrew is a truly wonderful Soul! The location is superb, just a few minutes to the center, the place itself is the old-style rustic Andalucian apartment, so do not expect a modern place here!
• Kristin (9/5): Charming well equipped house with wonderful views from terrace, in quiet but central area of village - Charming house with wonderful views from the terrace. We ate breakfast there every morning. Just 3 minutes to small supermarket (10-15 minutes to a bigger one). Absolutely perfect for us. But if you prefer "glossy" hotels, it might seem a bit rustique. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet area, no noise from traffic. Very close to starting point for well marked mountain hikes (our main interest). We were a couple (60 and 65 years old). We don't mind stairs, and we didn't have a car. There are some narrow stairs within the house, and and the house is in the upper part of the village, with some accent to get there. Still only 5-7 minutes walk to the very center of the village. Planned to stay for 2 nights, but ended up staying 6 nights. Mijas Pueblo is a beautiful village! Nice bars and restaurants. With local bus you can reach Fuengirola (bus station) in approx. 20 minutes, and from there train to e.g. Malaga airport. We will certainly stay again if we return to the area.
• Jodie (9/5): Superb - An absolutely stunning house. The host was more than welcoming and extremely helpful. We would say that it's difficult to drive there by car and off load your luggage seeing as the property is above a steep hill and several stairs. But 100% worth it.

• Helen (10/5): Amazing property with the stunning views and location - The location was fantastic and the view from the terrace stunning. We chilled on the terrace and ate there most nights. The house was light and airy and the decor in keeping with the style of the house yet modern. Andrew, the host, was incredibly accommodating.
• Hengameh (10/5): Exceptional - The wonderful terrace has a great view. Both beds are super comfortable. Spacious kitchen. Andrew's art is sprinkled all around. He welcomed us at 2 pm. We had 500€ cash, no banks or stores would change the bill. Within a few hours, Andrew came by and gave us change. He also drove us to the airport for 30€. If you need any type of service, please ask, don't be shy. Andrew is great :) I enjoy walking so the stairs was a wonderful walk through the local Spanish neighborhood. I was proud of my 76 year old mom who managed to walk up slowly the steep doable stairs.

He meet us off the bus and gave us a quick tour of Mijas along with maps and great recommendations. Excellent communication from start to finish. Lovely house, super host. The walk is up a steep hill but worth it for the amazing views.
