While scrolling through the country list, I noticed that Israel was not placed alphabetically with the other countries starting with “I,” and I genuinely could not find it anywhere. It honestly made me panic for a moment and feel unwelcome as an Israeli guest. I told the receptionist that my country was missing from the list, and she then showed me that Israel had been placed separately at the very bottom of all the countries. Regardless of the explanation, this did not feel accidental to me. It may seem like a small detail, but things like this absolutely affect the feeling of hospitality and inclusiveness.

- 597jozefc (10/5): A fantastic experience - My wife and I had a wonderful three night stay here at the end of April. The hotel is ideally situated for many of the main attractions in the city and there are a number of good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and professional with a special mention going to Lisa at reception and Daniel, both of whom went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcome. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice and again the staff serving were excellent, with nothing too much trouble. In all, a fantastic experience that we shall remember for a long time. Highly Recommend.

- Bernd (10/5): Super schönes Hotel, welches jeden Stern zu Recht verdient hat. - Bei diesem Hotel hat alles für uns gestimmt. Schon beim Betreten hat man das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch niemals aufdringlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist absolut perfekt. Super schön ist auch der herrliche Wellness-Bereich und der tolle Indoor-Pool, den ich jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück schon nutzen konnte (geöffnet ab 07.00 Uhr morgens bis spät am Abend; Sauna ab 10.00 Uhr morgens). Direkt vor dem Haus Haltestellen, um überall hin in der herrlichen Stadt Wien zu gelangen. Wir haben das allerdings nur einmal genutzt, um nach Schönbrunn zu kommen. Alles andere war fußläufig für uns erreichbar, da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt. In unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurants und auch ein sehr schöner Irish Pub (Sheebeen) ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (bei Fußball unbedingt vorher Tisch reservieren). Auch zu erwähnen, ist die gemütliche Hotelbar, bei der man den Tag mit einem schönen Cocktail oder kühlem Bier ausklingen lassen konnte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof (Zimmer 324), dort war absolute Stille und wir haben in dem herrlichen Doppelbett traumhaft geschlafen. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal auf diesem Weg für die herrlichen Tage bei dem gesamten Hotel-Team. Wir haben hier eine aussergewöhnlich schöne Zeit verbracht. Wahrscheinlich wurde sogar das tolle Wetter für uns bestellt :)

The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to museums, cafés, and great restaurants, which made exploring Vienna so convenient. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a luxury room, which made our stay feel even more special. The amenities were a highlight—especially the sauna and the stunning pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

Before my experience at the Sans Souci Wien, I would rate my best experience at a hotel the Corinthian in London. However, after our recent stay in Vienna, this has moved to the top of the list. The staff from check-in to check-out was incredibly warm and helpful. Morning coffee service in your room?!? My wife was in heaven. From modern amenities such as actual, working, device-casting to the T.V., modern bidet toilet, built in 110v power for us U.S. travelers, the AMAZING breakfast service, the location, actual INFORMED and ACCURATE restaurant recommendations, etc. etc. I honestly can't say enough good things. Thank you for making our time in Vienna amazing.

- thoresbyhouse32 (10/5): Understated and Fabulous - A hotel with an attractive interior - art work on the walls, fresh flowers in Reception - and a pleasant breakfast room looking out over the busy street and catching the morning sun. Our room was spacious and modern; the white bed linen was impeccable and the bathroom pleasingly roomy and well-appointed. Above all, the room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were respectfully friendly, doing their job with proficiency and efficiency and knowledgably, and speaking English impressively. They added a good deal to our stay. Breakfasts were excellent, with a variety of fresh produce and an array of carefully prepared foods on offer; the waiting staff were attentive and quietly cheerful. The hotel is situated within walking distance (past the Volksgarten with its many and fragrant lilac trees during our visit in the third week of April) of the Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School the museum holding the Habsburg Crown Jewels - all of which are grouped together; there is also a metro station within steps of the hotel door.

- pamelaeZ8603RQ (10/5): Beautiful Hotel! Highly recommend! - I just returned from a trip to Vienna and stayed at the Hotel Sans Souci Wien. It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is warm and welcoming. It’s conveniently walkable to many of the city’s famous sites. The rooms are gorgeous with plenty of amenities. They have a lovely restaurant and include a delicious breakfast. The staff even provided a boxed meal for us to enjoy at the airport for an early flight out of Vienna. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

It’s just outside at the center ring, nice walking distance - A lot - location, facilities, cleanliness, staff - shout out to Sharif at the Front Desk who made us feel welcome and worked something out on our late checkout. This hotel living up to its name - no worries, free and easy. Our was for 3 people. The bathroom was designed for disabled guests - no gutter for the shower so water sprinkled on the floor forcing us to wipe dry lest we slip. If that was for disabled then door should be wider and door sliding.

Staff friendly and always helpful. Breakfast side range with the specials beautifully cooked. Best French toast ever. All part of a lovely long weekend in Vienna.

Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch und groß mit sehr bequemen Betten. Überragendes Frühstück, Samstag und Sonntag bis 14:00 Uhr. Das Personal ist spitzenklasse und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. - 230allisonb (10/5): The perfect hotel for a Vienna city break - We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our trip to Vienna. The location was perfect - with the Museum Quarter on the doorstep and within easy walking distance of key sights in the city centre. Having a U-Bahn station nearby was also a bonus. All the staff at the Hotel Sans Souci were very welcoming and attentive - always ready with a friendly greeting and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room and amenities were superb - very well appointed bedroom and bathroom, beautifully decorated, modern, light and airy, extremely clean and comfortable - perhaps a second armchair would have been welcome, but other than that we wanted for nothing in our room. Overlooking the courtyard, our room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast at the Sans Souci was excellent. We looked forward each morning to the wonderful array of both continental and cooked breakfast. There was a wide range of items to choose from. The daily smoothie that we were given with breakfast was a lovely touch, as was the ability to order complimentary coffee in our room throughout the day and evening. This was very welcome after full days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend Hotel Sans Souci.

Vinimos a una celebración personal muy importante y disfrutamos de las instalaciones, la atención cercana y esmerada, una habitación muy cómoda y el glamour que se respira en este hotel. No sé si podremos volver, pero si pudiera me encantaría volver a alojarnos aquí. Queda en la zona que más nos interesa de la ciudad que nos resulta más atractiva. Vimos dos defectos de iluminación: la puerta del baño trasluce la luz, lo que incomoda a quien queda en el cuarto, de noche, y el segundo es que debería poder sectorizarse más la lámpara que uno necesita encendida.

The staff anticipated our needs at every turn, and each interaction was pleasant and conducted at a high level of excellence. The room was immaculate, clean, and spacious, and the location allowed us to pursue all of the objectives of our trip easily. The experience was wonderful, and we absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a true luxury experience.

- Alan (10/5): Exceptional stay with outstanding service, beautiful rooms, great location, and excellent breakfast - We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sans Souci Wien. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the hotel was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. Great location, close to major attractions but still quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa/pool area was a real highlight. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality and experience. Would happily stay again.

- 22Dana123 (10/5): Beautiful hotel! - Fantastic hotel in incredible location. We came on a family trip for 5 nights. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel in the mornings is fantastic! The rooms were very clean and new.

- 237garyu (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing, all the staff very helpful and professional, a really lovely Hotel. - Brilliant location central for all our needs, very friendly, professional and helpful. Atmosphere .Calm and unobtrusive, Room excellent and functional. Value, get what you pay for with a smile. Cleanliness, the whole hotel is spotless and the cleaning staff very accommodating.. Even though our room was next to a busy road, the traffic noise was never intrusive and internally very quite and calm.

- alhL8084AZ (10/5): A wonderful three night stay in March - A beautiful hotel well positioned next to the MuseumsQuartier. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with complimentary water, tea and coffee and lovely chocolates on arrival. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of food with a number of items (omelettes, eggs Royale, veal sausages etc) available to order freshly cooked. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. We would definitely go back.

We thought it was a fantastic, well positioned hotel. All staff, from Check In to Check Out, including all the staff in the dining room, were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we-book this hotel if ever we are lucky enough to visit Vienna again in the future.
