• Kristen the (4/5): the worst of our 4 hotels during our trip to Japan & recommend to stay somewhere with a front desk. - close to lots of great stores and public transportation very noisy. fire station right by. difficult check in procedure with passports. be careful for step in middle of room. also door wasn't anchored to wall correctly and bidet couldn't be controlled to be cooler. very hot. tv difficult to control.

• Amanda-Jayne (3/5): Unbearably noisy, wouldn't recommend. - Centrally located, however this also becomes a problem due to lack of soundproofing. Constant emergency sirens overnight. Upstairs guests footsteps horrendously loud at all hours of day and night making it impossible to relax. Check in restricted to exact hours listed; we arrived just 15 minutes early and had to wait outside to start the check in process despite the room being ready. Floors absolutely filthy, took our shoes off as requested and socks/feet black with dirt and debris within minutes.

Comfortables double beds So much noise from the street, it made it very hard to sleep. We were with kids also and they didn’t sleep well doe to noise and the sofas/futon was very uncomfortable for them….had to end up with them in our beds.

• Giuseppe (6/5): Would not stay here again, property does not match description - Position of the property was great Cleanliness and there was no floor covering, just concrete. The room was not set up properly and we could not covert the bedding to the description. Need a chiropractor after this stay.
• Jiayao (5/5): - Very clean and well-organized space. Great location. Bad check-in experience When we arrived, the code lock was broken. We tried to explain, but the staff didn’t believe us. After almost 40 minutes, they finally told us there was a key we could use. The hallway was very narrow, windows couldn’t open, and the emergency door was sealed. It was extremely hot and we felt like we couldn’t breathe while waiting. Very uncomfortable and stressful experience.
• Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - It took a while to get a hold of a remote check-in service on a tablet while my family of 5 were crammed in a hot corridor while we waited to get the door code. Four beds, not five as advertised. Two beds were pull outs that had hair under the pillows, so clearly not cleaned thoroughly before our stay.

• Trevor (9/5): Excellent! Would come here again! - I liked how spacious the property was. It was equipped with everything my family and I needed. Additionally, it was close to where we needed to go. It was a challenge for us leaving our luggages prior to check in and after we checked out. Thankful they allowed us to leave our luggages before check in but had some trouble doing check out and wasnt able to.

Very comfortable stay and clean. Would come again. It was noisy but when we covered the bedroom side with the sliding door it muffled the street sounds. Got used to it, though my family could sleep through it.

• Sheng (10/5): Overall it's very comfortable and I like it very much. - The environment is very comfortable, the space is spacious and comfortable, and I like the simple style. If the air conditioner temperature is too low, water will leak.

The place is clean and functional with good interior design. - The place is located close to Shibuya and accessible to many amenities, restaurants and MRT. Should have better communication regarding the entry or code of the apartment prior checking-in. Also, the check-out is too early (10 a.m.) but the check-in is late (4p.m). Appreciate if it would be check-out is at 11 a.m. and check-in is at 3p.m. Can sometimes be slightly noisy because of the ambulance siren/sounds in the street.
• Khairol (7/5): Good - The apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities e.g. washing machine with drier which is quite useful for big families. We liked the design and lighting of the open space which feels very warm upon entering. The receptionist was virtual, and so they couldn't offer much added service e.g. luggage transfer. The cleaning service is only for more than four days stay, and so we didn't get our trashes cleared out during our three nights stay there. For our luggage transfer, luckily there was a big family mart further down the road, and was willing to send our luggages to Osaka.
• Kana (6/5): Not recommended for families - Location was great, 10min walk to the heart of Shibuya but far enough away that the streets were quieter. The apartment was spacious and neat with good facilities - large bathroom with shower; small kitchenette equipped with single stove, mini fridge and washer/dryer; good sized beds plus a spare mattress and bedding. Aircon worked great and there is one in the bedroom as well as the living area. A few cons that make this apartment unsuitable for families with young children (we stayed with 4 adults and 2 toddlers): The windows do not block sound at all so you can hear people talking on the street and sirens from ambulances (at least 2 go past every night). The blinds are for privacy only so it is very bright very early in the morning. If you (or your kids) need a room to be dark to sleep, you will not like this apartment. Kids were woken at 4.45am by the sun so we had to make our own makeshift blinds to block the light in the bedroom. This probably wouldn't be an issue in winter. Although the living area is spacious there is no couch or soft seating to sit on so you can't really relax. If you're planning on spending some downtime in the apartment, the bedroom is the only place you'll be able to do so comfortably. You can hear the upstairs guests walking around and moving furniture. Luckily for us this was only during the evening but can imagine it would be really annoying if you had neighbours who liked to stay up late/wake early. The lift and landing are extremely small. We struggled to fit a travel sized pram and adult in both so it took multiple trips for us to get everyone in and out of the apartment.

• Daniel (5/5): Not quite as advertised but fine as a home base for seeing the city - The location was pretty good. Being within a kilometer of Shibuya Scramble was pretty neat. Check-in wasn't too much of a hassle. Still needs work though. The beds that were there were decently comfy. The cots were not. Honestly the best part of the whole place was the toilet. Easily Top 10 of all time. At the end of the day and for the price it served its purpose: being a place to sleep, shower, and leave. The place seemed like it was in-between being renovated. The nice wood floors that were pictured in the listing were conspicuously absent. The place generously only slept 5 despite it claiming more, unless the couch is a "good" option for one of the people in your group. That was our biggest issue. Yes, it's noisy but this is Tokyo. I won't ding the establishment because the ambulance goes by lights and sirens at 3:30am.

Pictures are accurate. Would absolutely stay here again! Mattresses and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but were acceptable.
