• Charissa (9/5): Fijne complete studio - Ruime studio die exact is zoals op de foto’s. Alle nodige leef- en woonvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig, inclusief een erg handige wasmachine en airco. De locatie is top: een supermarkt om de hoek, bus en metro dichtbij en op zo'n ruim 20 minuten lopen sta je in hartje Valencia. Ook het contact met de host verliep erg prettig en vlot. Mocht je voetbal fan zijn, dan zit hier echt goed op paar minuten van het stadion. Eigenlijk niet echt iets wat niet beviel , maar het groene noodverlichtingslampje boven de deur vonden wij erg storend omdat de studio hierdoor 's nachts verlicht blijft. De studio is daarnaast wat gehorig; je hoort voorbijgangers goed praten. Tot slot was de slaapbank erg hard. Gelukkig was er een veldbed aanwezig, waardoor we de slaapplek van ons dochtertje gemakkelijk konden omruilen
• manuel (10/5): - El alojamiento estaba en una ubicación excelente, al ir con una persona de movilidad reducida, al estar en la planta baja nos facilitó muchísimo en tiempo el salir y entrar del mismo, el piso estaba completamente limpio y todo completamente nuevo, para aparcar el coche no es fácil pero tampoco es agobiante, simplemente ponerse a dar vueltas por los alrededores y consigues un lugar con algo de suerte, el trato con el personal que lo gestiona ha sido perfecto, por lo cual hemos tenido una experiencia bastante agradable. La cama matrimonial Exelente el sofá cama no tanto, la tapa del baño estába suelta de un lado, pero entendemos que sería por causas ajenas al anfitrión y el cual se podría reparar con facilidad, el ruido en las noches al estar al lado de un local de falleros es algo molesto sobre todo en las primeras horas de la noche, pero tampoco demencial, sin embargo esto no desmejora la calidad del piso.

• Carmine (7/5): Confortevole - La camera era organizzata bene ed aveva spazio sufficiente per quattro persone. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto, dalle pentole all’ asciugacapelli. La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, vicina alla fermata del bus. Nelle vicinanze c’era sia un supermercato sia una farmacia. La mattina potevi fare ottime colazioni nei bar nelle vicinanze, inoltre c’era un ottimo forno all’angolo. Per noi che abbiamo viaggiato con bambini siamo stati bene. Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia dei letti, perché nel divano letto c’era un odore nauseante tipo pesce. Il vetro della doccia è troppo corto per una doccia walk-in, ad ogni doccia l’acqua usciva fuori. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare due asciugamani come tappeti per non allagare il bagno. Sarebbe utile aggiungere un tappeto in bagno per non allagare tutto.

• Carolina (10/5): - El alojamiento está muy bien para 4 personas, el sofá cama es cómodo. La parada del bus está a 1 min andando y el metro a 5 min andando. Un Mercadona también a 1 min. Una zona tranquila. La anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento para dejar las maletas y como nos encontrábamos todo perfecto. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Lo único que diría es en menaje podría haber algo más mínimo 4 cubiertos y platos por persona ya que teníamos que compartir los cubiertos porque no había para cada persona, es un simple detalle fácil de arreglar.

• Marion (9/5): Ideale ligging, ruime studio? prijs/kwaliteit zeker in orde! - De ligging, de grootte van de studio, de toegang (ik mocht er een uur vroeger in). Fijn dat er een terras is. Het zou goed zijn als er een wasrekje zou zijn op je kleding te drogen. Ik vond ook nergens een bezem of stofzuiger. Als je er een week verlijft, dan zou het goed zijn om zelf even te kunnen vegen. Dit zijn details, want het verblijf was netjes en prima in orde.

Besonders positiv war, dass wir am ersten Tag früher einchecken durften, da das Apartment frei war – das war wirklich sehr nett. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, konnten wir jederzeit problemlos Kontakt aufnehmen und alle unsere Anliegen wurden schnell gelöst. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

De ligging is ideaal: de metro, bus en supermarkt zijn allemaal op loopafstand en de buurt is rustig en prettig om in te verblijven. Daarnaast waardeer ik het enorm dat onze host altijd snel reageerde wanneer ik een vraag had. Dat gaf een heel fijn en verzorgd gevoel tijdens mijn verblijf. Bedankt voor de goede service – ik deel graag een positieve recensie, zodat toekomstige reizigers ook een goed beeld krijgen.

• Daniele (8/5): Soggiorno confortevole in zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici - Appartamento con tutto a disposizione per la cucina, letto e bagno. Piccolezze, la macchina del caffè probabilmente è da revisionare e bisogna fare attenzione con la doccia walk in per la possibilità che esca acqua (soprattutto con bambini)

Los canales de la tv la mayoria no se veian. Y el sofá no era cómodo para estar sentado. La ducha al no tener puerta y el cristal no llegar hasta el final, se salia un poco el agua.

• Marina (7/5): Apartamento nuevo pegado al Mestalla pero poco íntimo - Todo nuevecito. Estaba insonorizado para no oír el aire acondicionado funcionando que está justo fuera en la terraza. Era un bajo reformado, se notaba mucho. Y aunque todo muy nuevo, y bien diseñado, no dejabas de notarlo y estar a pie de calle, considero que lo hace poco íntimo. A parte de calor, sin aire acondicionado no se puede estar, gracias que lo tenía. No obstante, yo fui en septiembre-octubre. No sé cómo sería en temporada alta.

Located between Old Towne and the University. - The location wasn't the easiest to find and locate along with figuring out the keypad, but the apartment was clean, the AC was efficient, and the apartment was large. The host does a good job providing some of the basics to get you started. It also is convenietly located near a grocery store. The overall location is between old town and the university. There are bike rentals near to be able to explore all of the city. The host was flexible and helpful as I had to extend my stay and we completed the transaction with ease. I will definitely book this property again. Key pad was tricky to use. Directions could have been more detailed to easy that, along with directions how to get the into the secondary box with code.

Supermarket less than a minute away on foot. Only 20 mins walk to the center and close to the park that runs the full length of the city. Noisy during the night with large bins being emptied every second night in the early hours
• Stacy (7/5): Very nice apartment in a good general area, but too noisy from the street. - Very cute apartment in a good location. Spacious and perfect for a couple. Sheets were super soft. Shower was great. Had difficulty getting in with the code but the host was immediately available to let us in. The general area was good but it was very noisy at night from people walking by. Definitely not sound proof from the street. Bed was hard. It would’ve been good to know ahead of time that coffee pods were not provided.

• Mărtutza (9/5): - The apartment was very large and well-equipped, situated in a nice area, not far from the city center and easy access to the beach by several buses. Everything is new, the beds are comfortable, and communication with our host was excellent. The place has no windows, except for the big entrance terrace door. The terrace cannot be used if AC is on, because all the hot air is evacuated there and it gets very hot outside. The cleaning team does not really pay attention to details: we found the fridge full of ice, the coffee maker oily on the outside from the previous guests etc. We had to ask for oil, vinegar, paper towels, coffee capsules etc., new towels and toilet paper after 5 days, a clothes dryer etc. When we arrived we had to wait for them about 30 minutes to come and let us in to deposit our luggage. So the services could be better.

• Natalia Grabowska (10/5): - We loved it. The apartment has all the amenities, is modern, and clean. The air conditioning worked great, which made our dog's stay even more comfortable. The kitchenette was very clean (oven and microwave). The location was also great. We were able to take a break from the car and use the city bikes, as well as do a lot of walking. The owner responds quickly to messages. We highly recommend it.

• Ahmed (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. However as there is a hospital close to the appartment how constantly hear the ambulance sirens. The garbage trucks that come at night and in the morning as the garbage trolleys are right in front of the appartment and the appartment is on the ground floor directly on the street.

• Yirandi (10/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment - This is our second time staying in this apartment .Perfect location ; 3 minutes away from shops ,bars and supermarkets; The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment , and the bus will take you straight to the beach and also Valencia old town . The bed is so comfortable. The Sofabed isn't comfortable ; it was fine for us as we didn't use it to sleep on. It si true that the soundproofing isn't great, however we didn't mind it at all . We are a family of 3 , and we all slept nicely , especially my toddler who is 2 years old
