• Brittany (10/5): I had a safe and comfortable stay at CH Cruz Madrid, with an excellent central location that made it - The CH Cruz Madrid location was perfect. I was able to walk to major tourist attractions, with Plaza Mayor just steps away, along with shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the metro. Before my arrival, the front desk reached out through Booking.com to confirm my check-in time, which I appreciated. The room was clean, quiet, and included an ensuite bathroom, TV, and AC. The blackout blinds and security screen also helped block out light from the window. While the room was compact with a single bed, it was a comfortable size for a solo traveller. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe throughout my stay. Although I purchased a metro card, I barely needed to use it because of the central location. I would definitely stay at CH Cruz again and will keep it in mind for future trips to Madrid. My only feedback would be around simplifying the information provided before arrival, especially regarding the address, directions, and contact numbers. There was a lot of information to go through, so it was difficult to quickly identify the key details needed to access the property. One evening, my phone died and I was unable to get into the building because I only had the entry code saved on my phone and hadn’t memorized it. I think having a physical key, backup access option, or remote assistance to buzz guests in would be very helpful, especially since the front desk is not available 24/7.

La posizione è davvero perfetta, ideale per chi vuole visitare il centro della città e muoversi comodamente a piedi. Un ringraziamento speciale a Louis, il ragazzo che lavora nella struttura: è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda l’insonorizzazione delle camere. Purtroppo si sentono molti rumori, sia dalle persone che entrano ed escono durante la notte, sia dalle camere vicine. Per questo motivo il riposo non è stato dei migliori.

• Giansante (6/5): Good in a pinch - Was easy to book and the staff was very nice at check in. The photos definitely made the place look nicer than it actually was. The water also wouldn’t get warm and even after it was supposedly fixed, it still wasn’t. The room was very cramped and a suitcase couldn’t be opened on the floor. There was also an insane amount of stairs which were hard to get up with a suitcase.

Bueno, la habitación era diminuta, el acceso era por un pasillo estrecho, en fin… las limitaciones propias de un alojamiento económico, pero no me quejo en absoluto porque ya sabemos que en Madrid hay que pagar cuchitriles a precio de oro por dormir… y esto no era un cuchitril, al menos… y fue relativamente económico.

• Gianluca (7/5): - Non ho conosciuto nessuno dello staff: è stato gestito tutto tramite Whatsapp (non lo considero né un pregio né un difetto). Ottima la posizione, a 10 min a piedi da molte attrazioni di interesse (Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Espana, etc.). Non eccellente la pulizia: asciugamano macchiato, materasso macchiato, stanza polverosa - sono asmatico! - ma comunque sufficiente. Si può migliorare la pulizia. Per chi ha bisogno del contatto umano, potrebbe desiderare una maggiore presenza/partecipazione da parte dello staff. Anche se io personalmente ho preferito così: non conosco lo spagnolo, perciò ho potuto rispondere con calma ai messaggi whatsapp inviati dalla struttura, traducendoli dall'italiano allo spagnolo.

The place is very smelly and not clean. The check in takes forever, the guys is located somewhere else, so I had to way for 20 mins outside for him to come to the property to check me in and he left immediately. The only good thing is the location, but not for this much money. Stay away. Save your money
• gomez (10/5): Cómfort y atención al 100 % - La propiedad me pareció genial. Es muy céntrico a minutos de varias atracciones. La habitación muy confortable y cómoda. El personal muy atento y predispuesto a siempre solucionar lo que sea. Dan indicaciones precisas, siempre de manera amable y están atentos a tus necesidades que es lo que más rescato. Hago una mención especial a Alexandra por su calidad como persona al recibirme, recomendarme todo y por estar atenta a mi bienestar en el receso. También a Erica por su disponibilidad al 100 % para lo que era el servicio de limpieza al cuarto. Realmente lo recomiendo y sin dudas volvería. Tiene muchos puntos a favor, la ubicación, la cercanía a las atracciones caminando, la cercanía a las estaciones de bus y metro, a lado hay un carrefour express, está en pleno centro. Más que positivo todo. No hay nada negativo por compartir

• Jose (1/5): ENGAÑO. - no me gustó nada No me gustó nada la habitación, era pésima, vieja, pequeña, lugubre, no me quedé a dormir en ese antro, tuve que buscar un hotel, me costó poco más dinero que la habitación engañosa que hay en las fotos. No recomiendo para nada. Al final perdí el dinero pero preferí dormir en una habitación normal. Creo que hay mucho engaño con los apartamentos turísticos de Madrid.
