• Jose (10/5): A very pleasant host, a very nice unit, at a very affordable price! - Cruz was in front of the property when I arrived and I received a very friendly warm welcome. He escorted me upstairs and showed me around, explained what was available and everything was as expected. Very nicely decorated, clean, and updated furnishings and furniture. Mr Pilar was a gentleman in every respect and reassured me of a safe and pleasant stay there. I recommend his unit to anyone and I would stay there again. There was nothing not to like.
• Jendry (8/5): Was a very pleasant stay - + I like the fact this unit is lacated in Downtown San Cristobal, easy access to almost everything, close to one of town's major Hospital/Clinic, food & entertaiment, clothing stores, major supermakets (La sirena), Banks. The external street noise levels is barely noticeable inside the unit. Both rooms have A/C. Tio Cruz , property manager, went above and beyond everytime i needed help or answers with anything related to the property. that area seems to be well patrollled by the police, gave me sense of safety I spent 5 days parking on the street right in front of the apartment with no issues, a parking spot was always available. - Shower needs improvement ( At least unit I rented), the facility doesn't have a dedicated parking lot for guest and visitors, but you can park on the the street at your own risk.
