• ANDREAS (9/5): - Καθαροί και άνετοι χώροι ακόμα και ο καναπές ήταν άνετος για να κοιμηθεί κάποιος. Κεντρική τοποθεσία Τα μπαλκόνια ήταν πολύ βρώμικα είναι κρίμα γιατί το υπόλοιπο σπίτι ήταν καθαρό
• jacques (8/5): Nice place, well furnished, well located centrally but on a busy street - Location very central, but on the first floor of a rather busy street. So we could not sleep with open windows. For the rest, all fine and good. Noisy street during the day and part of the night
• ΣΤΑΦΥΛΑ (9/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο για δύο ζευγάρια και καθαρό. Δεν προλάβαμε να πιούμε καφέ γιατί τελείωσε αμέσως αλλά δεν είναι πρόβλημα αυτό. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν φανταστική, τρία λεπτά από το Ψυρρή που θέλαμε να βγαίνουμε. Επίσης βρίσκαμε κάθε φορά θέση πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο ακριβώς μπροστά στο σπίτι, πολύ σημαντικό επίσης. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα σε μια επόμενη επίσκεψη μου Δεν είχε κανένα πορτατίφ ή κάποιο φώς για το βράδυ

• Tomasz (9/5): Świetny apartament - polecam! - Bardzo przestronne, czyste i nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanie. Nowe wyposażenie, wszystko sprawne i świetnie działające. Na uwagę zasługują dwie duże sypialnie i dwie osobne łazienki plus ogromny salon z kuchnią co czyni mieszkanie idealnym dla dwóch par znajomych. Wszystkie pokoje, łącznie z salonem wyposażone w indywidualnie sterowane klimatyzacje. Każdy pokój ma swój balkon. Bezpieczna i czysta klatką schodowa i lobby, łatwy odbiór kluczy. Polecam gorąco to mieszkanie. Jedyny niewielki minus za okolicę w której jest trochę bezdomnych. Nie są oni jednak w żaden sposób dokuczliwi, bądź w niebezpieczni. Może to jednak powodować niewielki dyskomfort dla bardziej wrażliwych osób.

• Manuel (10/5): - Die Lage war zentral. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
• Albert (7/5): Còmode - El pis està totalment reformat i modern. Tot és molt nou i còmode. Les habitacions són grans i hi ha dos banys complets. La finca és normal. Hi ha alguna homeless pel carrer. Està molt a prop de Monastiraki y Keramikos, però justament el carrer a on està no és el més maco. Hi ha gent demanant.

• Αθηνα (8/5): Comfortable apartment 15 minute walk from the center - It is indeed a charming apartment that accommodates with comfort 4 people. Everything was clean very comfortable, the owner was on demand for anything we needed. The location was great. 10-15 minute walking distance from monastiraki. The soundproof windows kept the Athens busy roads quiet. There is a church right there so you could hear Sunday mass but it didn’t bother me. Not a super safe neighborhood at night probably both taxi drivers told us to be careful but for daytime it was no problem. Overall a decent good apartment. The weather was beautiful so I would have liked to have the opportunity to spend some time out on the balcony but there was no table chairs etc nor it was clean.
