• Blanca (9/5): Excelente - Gracias a las indicaciones previas a la estancia, fue muy fácil localizar el apartamento, además de tener una ubicación excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la persona que se encargaba de ello y del desayuno, fue muy amable. La habitación y el baño son fieles a las fotos, suficiente para 4 personas. Las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas. Además hay 2 almohadas extra y 2 nórdicos en el armario por si se necesitan. Se agradece el hervidor de agua y la botella rellena en la nevera. Se podría mejorar el desayuno añadiendo variedad de productos frescos y facilitar en la habitación de 4 personas una mesa auxiliar para poder poner la bandeja para desayunar. No apto para personas con movilidad reducida puesto que hay que subir/bajar escaleras para llegar al ascensor, que a su vez es muy estrecho.

Pokój znajduje się w urokliwej zabytkowej kamienicy. Pokój bardzo czysty. Pani z obsługi bardzo miła, pozwoliła nam przechować plecaki po wymeldowaniu. Śniadania - nie opłaca się brać opcji ze śniadaniem. I tak pójdziecie po nim zapewne coś zjeść na mieście. Bardzo skromne, na słodko, składające się z rogalików i ciasta z dnia wczorajszego. Ekspres w „kuchni” nie działa.

• Takayuki (8/5): 観光メインの寝る場所としては文句なしです。 - ローマの中心にある観光地が、ほぼ徒歩圏内にあり、足早でしたが徒歩とバスを利用して、１日で期待以上に回る事が出来ました。　宿泊施設自体は可もなく不可もなくといったところなので、あくまで観光がメインとして検討された方が良いでしょう。 朝食付きだったのですが、もう少し種類があればより嬉しかったです。　あとヨーロッパの宿泊施設全体に言える事としては、照明が暗いです。
• Evangelia (9/5): Nice B&B at the centre of Rome - This was a really nice B&B placed on via del corso, the main street of Rome. It was so easy to walk around the main landmarks. A bus stop was one min walk away from it which was very helpfull. The lady preparing the breakfast and cleaning the room was really nice and polite. The breakfast was in buffet stile, with espresso coffe, biscuits, croissans, fruits, cake and cereals sellection. There were not much of salty things but for us that we usually do not have a big breakfast it was just fine. The room size but just fine in terms of size. The only minor thing we did not like was the smell of the cleaning product. Personally, that smell was upsetting my stomach, but that was just me. Everything else was really nice.

• Paulina (9/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra 3 min do fontanny i 3 min do Panteonu, 10 min do Koloseum na 2 piętrze jest winda ale kawałek trzeba wejść po schodach. Bardzo dobre śniadanie i miła obsługa. Pod budynkiem restauracja Oświetlenie albo jest bardzo ciemno albo świeci po oczach. Warto byłoby zainwestować w zmianę oświetlenia, odświeżenia ścian, zmiana stolika i krzeseł.

• Miriam (8/5): - מיקום החדר בבנין ישן הפונה לכיוון רחוב הקניות VIA DEL CORSA. יש לעלות מדרגות כחצי קומה כדי להגיע למעלית הקטנה. ארוחת בוקר מוגשת ע"י עובדת המקום, המון עוגיות למיניהן, אין ירקות ופירות. חדר רחצה ושירותים נקי ונראה שעבר שיפוץ, יש בידה. בנין ישן וכך גם החדר. מעלית קטנה שמדיפה ריח לא נעים. מקרר קטן מאד, ארון 2 דלתות ישן. היינו 3 בחדר, המטה הבודדה עשויה מין מתכת.

• Dario Scamarcio (7/5): - Aspetti positivi: -trattasi di un appartamento al 3° piano in cui sono state ricavate 4/5 stanze adibite a b&b. Appena si entra c'è l'area comune ovvero cucina con tavolini per usufruire della colazione di circa 20 mq in totale. -Location super centrale, vicinissima al Pantheon e ad altre attrazioni per cui adatta per evitare di prendere mezzi e soprattutto auto; - Personale molto disponibile e cordiale; - Colazione italiana con latte e caffè( macchinetta automatica con cialde), fette biscottate, cornetti, marmellate, succo d'arancia o ananas, biscotti al burro, ciambellone al cioccolato o semplice pan di spagna, yogurt e cereali in dispenser; - pulizia fatta quotidianamente; -bagno privato in camera con asciugamani e prodotti per l'igene quali shampoo, bagnoschiuma, maschera capelli, phon. - frigo bar con acqua, TV, cassaforte.; - bollitore elettrico in camera per preparazione the. Aspetti negativi: - Stanze non recenti e non molto grandi con bagni non nuovissimi, quindi chi cerca il comfort e soluzioni più moderne e recenti dovrebbe optare per altro. - letti non molto comodi a mio avviso. -Ascensore piccolo e maleodorante;

• payal (1/5): Would not recommend stay here . Bad - Did not like anything We requested for breakfast without eggs but they did not help when our breakfast was included. We told to give at least one thing but they did not try even try for kids . Worst service . Same thing we requested in other hotel n they provided us with lots of options. Very very disappointed

• Melany (10/5): - The housekeeper staff lady that was mainly there was so sweet and very helpful even with a language barrier between us. She was always so kind. She made us stay special. I dropped my keys somewhere outside as well and they were very nice and gave me a new one for €10. I would stay here again.
• Maricruz (8/5): - This hotel does not have a receptionist very hard to access your room for the first time.The location was perfect. The bed are very uncomfortable. It needs better mattresses. The lady making the coffee was very nice, but the breakfast was very basic not too many options.

• Punil (6/5): - Great location! Walking distance to all the major Rome attractions. Setup was nice for our room for 4 people. Spacious room and bathroom. Unfo. the beds were all a bit uncomfortable (bumpy) - luckily a 1 night stay for us. For the premium cost for 1 night - would have expected a much better breakfast, but no harm - there were some light snacks setup. All communication to hotel through email and text. No live person at the location. Hotel arranged to airport shuttle (but was double the cost of taking taxi).
• Fernando (10/5): Viaje a Roma, año Jubileo en familia. - El apartamento está situado fantásticamente bien, en el centro de todos los monumentos principales. El desayuno, un poquito escaso en productos salados, pero esto se puede mejorar fácilmente. Hay que tener en cuenta que el ascensor no llega hasta la planta cero, se coge en la primera. El resto es perfecto.

• Santiago (8/5): - The hotel is comfortable, central, and clean, albeit small. Me and my family stayed here for two nights. In that time we were able to visit many different landmarks thanks to how close the hotel is to mostly everything. The executive room is small, and it was a little uncomfortable for four people. There usually isn’t any staff present at the hotel, with the exception of the cleaning lady in the morning. Silvia was really nice to us, giving the hotel a warmer touch. I’d recommend this hotel for groups of three or less who are looking for a simple, clean, and well located stay.
• Constantina (10/5): - The property is located in a very convenient spot with walking distance to the shops, site seeing spots and resturaunts.
• Anil (2/5): - This property is in need of serious maintenance. This was the worst stay on our trip by far. Entry door is so warn out the buttons work to let you in less than 50 percent if the time. Holes in walls, black mold throughout bathroom, bed was so old and used I was stuck sleeping in a hole than I could not roll out of. The safe was not bolted in, and as other reviewers commented there is no one on aite afternoons and evenings. The woman that works there is very nice, but the maintenance needed is way beyond surface cleaning. The food was all packaged and stale except for one morning that were were offered boiled eggs. Do not recommend, giant rip off.
