• Jean-Luc B (8/5): Une bonne adresse pour se loger - Un très bel emplacement, un studio spacieux et suffisant pour deux, des bonbons et des boissons à l'arrivée. Un parking très étroit. Du bruit le matin sur la place (poubelles). Le studio était au rez-de-chaussée.

• Alessia (7/5): - Gute Lage. Cool eingerichtete Pop Art Suite. Nette Gastgeberin. Da die Suite im Erdgeschoss war, hört man bis spät noch den Lärm von draussen. Der Boden war leider nicht ganz sauber als wir ankamen, musste noch etwas wischen.

• Anna-Maria (9/5): Schöne Wohnung. - Tolle Lage, gemütliche Betten, toller Ausblick von der Terasse. Man konnte toll in Wirpool sitzen und die Aussicht genießen. Im Januar leider sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Es gab zwar Heizlüfter, aber es hat sehr lange gedauert bis es warm war.

Dużym atutem jest parking podziemny. Apartament zapewnia transfer z lotniska. Apartament bardzo oryginalnie urządzony, pralka,zmywarka lodówka ekspres do kawy., dwa telewizory.Duża łazienka i bardzo wygodne łòzko.

Parking (as in most Spanish cities). Poorly equipped kitchen with limited cups for coffee or tea. 2 tea bags for a 3 night stay. No milk. This was a high price apartment in a great location that really didn’t go the extra step. The card for the parking garage simply didn’t work. The host just kept saying it did for other people but he made no effort to actually check if it didn’t work. He was quite arrogant.

• Patrick Peeters (9/5): Prachtige vakantie in een aangenaam historisch centrum. - "The Clock House" is een geweldig verblijf: - zeer comfortabel - absolute privacy door versleutelde lifttoegang tot jouw appartement(en), de lift geeft directe toegang tot je kamers - alle voorzieningen zoals vermeld in de beschrijving zijn aanwezig De eigenaar is beleefd, hulpvaardig en correct. Vlak achter de hoek bevindt zich een kleine superette waar alle benodigdheden voor huishouden, eten koken en drank beschikbaar zijn die je je maar kan indenken. Op 150m van het verblijf is de grote overdekte markt gevestigd waar dagelijks de meest fantastische verse vis, schaaldieren en vlees worden verkocht. Tijdens de openingsuren worden er heerlijke tapas proeverijen verkocht met enorme keuze van lekkere wijnen en bieren. Een must om (dikwijls) te bezoeken! Op het plein waar het verblijf is gevestigd zijn talloze kleine eet- en drankgelegenheden waar je 's morgens ontbijt en tot 's avonds laat heerlijk vers kan eten. Prijzen van drank en eten zijn erg laag en de mensen in het centrum zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik zelf had er geen last van maar mijn partner werd soms wakker van de stadsdiensten die 's nachts de vuilcontainers op het plein kwamen ledigen.
• Manuel (10/5): Volveremos - La atención de René y Ana, que fueron súper amables, y nos ayudaron en todo, incluso se hicieron cargo de nuestras maletas fuera de las horas de entrada y salida. El apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario, y muy moderno. Y lo mejor, que estaba bien situado cerca del centro,. Nuestro apartamento era un bajo, con algunos inconvenientes de ruido. Para la próxima pediremos uno de los apartamentos superiores. En el baño había un extractor muy ruidoso no individualizado de la luz. Era bastante molesto.

This is the only fault. Need to get civil authorities to deal with it. It is also a health hazard for nearby restaurants

The property was on a lively square with a playground and bins that were collected in the early hours, so there was some noise. But that was to be expected in such a central location, and apart from the brief rubbish collection the square was very quiet at night.

Easy access to the apartment by direct lift was a bonus. It took a while to get used to the night time noise from the regular emptying of commercial bins near the property and street noise on Friday/Saturday evenings. The property would benefit from more comfortable seating in the lounge.

• Sandra (10/5): I recommend this place highly and would return on my next trip to Malaga - The location was excellent, steps away from Mercado Central de Atarazanas, within walking distance to the Picasso Museum and the Roman theatre and many other attractions. Renee greeted us at the door. He was very attentive and helpful and responded quickly to his messages. He even arranged taxi service to the airport for our departure at 4:30 am. It looks onto a small playground in a square and there are children frequently there but the noise may be offsetting to some but it didn’t bother me.

We had a car and therefore required parking. Access, both in and out, to the car park was difficult however, the owner waived the charge for this facility which was very much appreciated.

It was a real oasis, and perfectly located in the middle of beautiful Malaga, and we will definitely be back. Ours was one bedroom apartment and is very comfortable for three of us(a couple and a relative). The apartment is well decorated by the owner, with nice balconies looking down to a square and up to a church tower top. We didn't cook exception making coffee/tea, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. And the location was close to lots of activities, castle, fortress, and churches, as well as bars, restaurants, and shops. Yet it was not noisy as a few streets/blocks away. The host, Rene, was really nice and helpful. We missed his text on parking and couldn't find it. After making 2nd try, one of us had to get out the car and walked to locate the apartment. He met Rene. Rene came to rescue us. When asked he was more than happy to sit in our car to give direction. Just wish there were very simple instruction in English for steps to follow for a basic wash/dry combos. Rene was nice to send us the manufacturer's instruction in English. It wasn't easy to follow as we are not used to combos. Maybe we were not in the mood of learning during vacation. ;)

Big refrigerator. The usual stuff … initial contact getting the keys was awkward/lucky. Bad bath design - oversized medicine cabinet lurking over sink makes a tiny bathroom feel even smaller. Bang your head a couple of times. Ran out of soap at sink and shower. Smaller shower. Misaligned toilet seat.
• Anne-may (9/5): Great and charming place to stay in central Malaga. Some room for improvement for this price. - We had the top floor with a great terrace overlooking the square. Great apartment, spread over 2 floors, very centrally located in the old center near the central market. Friendly host with some nice tips for restaurants in the area. Charming building, nice decor, comfortable lay-out, good spacious bathroom, big terrace. Unfortunately the week was partly rainy, which was a shame as we could only use the terrace a few times. We stayed for 6 nights and would have expected cleaning at least twice a week for this price. However, no cleaning for the whole week. Also, the jaccuzi on the terrace smelled really bad (mold) and really needs a good clean-up! We didn’t dare to use it.

The suite we stayed was well decorated and with good amenities. You can tell they took take of every detail and was very comfortable and worked perfect for us. Its really well located, so wandering around downtown was so easy. They are a lot of restaurants/bars in the vicinity so that was convenient. Our host was super responsive and provide us with a lot of options for dinner. Kudos for that! The bed was uncomfortable due to the way was set against the wall. Also, the house is located in a little square, right next to the dumping trash containers and the noise was terrible every night, when they were dropping or picking up the garbage! Even that the house has double glass windows. There's a lot of activity, due to the nearby restaurants, so you could find the eventual loud guy or gal screaming when they are walking by...
