Muy buena atención de la anfitriona, quien muy amablemente se dio el trabajo para enviar un mensaje recomendando sectores, actividades y restaurantes.
• Garcia (8/5): El precio es solo por la ubicación - La ubicación era muy buena, creo que es lo mejor q tiene el alojamiento, ya q esta a apenas 3 cuadras del coliseo y por ende, pasan muchísimas lineas de colectivo, subte, tranvia que te permite ir a todas partes. El apartamento estaba limpio y agradable aunque súper pequeño. Tenia un area para yacer café o té de cortesía. Monica, quien me recibió fue muy simpática y amable. La cama no era comoda, creo que en realidad era un futon abierto. El baño tan pequeño que tenia q pasar por la puerta de costado, alguien de mas 1.60 m / 70 kg no entra en ese baño. Lo peor: NO HABIA TV!!!! Con la excusa de que la gente va a relajarse. Yo me relajo mirando tv antes de dormir. Me parece algo basico en cualquier alojamiento.

• Josselyn (1/5): Más apariencia que realidad. - No estaba mal la ubicación ya que es muchas cuestas o subidas en la calles. La estancia en este alojamiento ha sido, en general, muy por debajo de lo esperado, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la imagen que se transmite en el anuncio. Si bien la comunicación fue posible, el trato resultó algo distante y poco flexible, con aplicación de cargos adicionales que pueden sorprender si no se tienen en cuenta de antemano, como en el caso de pequeños retrasos en la llegada. En cuanto al alojamiento en sí, la experiencia no se corresponde con lo que sugieren las fotografías. Se aprecian signos claros de desgaste en el mobiliario, ciertos aspectos de limpieza mejorables y un baño de dimensiones bastante reducidas que puede resultar poco práctico. Las camas, además, no destacan por su comodidad. Otros detalles, como la ausencia de ascensor —algo a considerar si se viaja con equipaje— o el estado de las toallas, que podrían renovarse, contribuyen a una experiencia general que no termina de resultar confortable. En definitiva, es un alojamiento que podría ajustarse a estancias muy básicas, pero que dista de lo que aparenta en las imágenes. En nuestro caso, no cumplió con las expectativas generadas.

• Antonio (10/5): Struttura molto pulita, centrale ad un passo dai principali monumenti, cordialità dello staff - Struttura con una pulizia impeccabile delle camere e della zona comune dove abbiamo trovato il caffè gentilmente offerto dai proprietari. Posizione eccezionale per vedere i più importanti monumenti e accedere ai collegamenti principali della capitale. Staff veramente cordiale e disponibile per consigli e indicazioni, il sig. Gianluca molto preparato e gentile.
• Alison (5/5): This place was not for me. But it might be suitable for others for a short term stay. - The property was clean once inside the apartment. The owner was cooperative with offering me a prompt refund so that I could relocate to a more suitable property. The location was average, it’s a room, inside a unit, inside a very average residential unit building. It’s close to the colosseum, that’s the positive. Theres no signage or markings from the street to be sure you’re at the correct location. The bed I had was actually not a bed. It was a very well worn sofa bed, a folded out futon. It was very uncomfortable & lopsided. It would have been impossible to share the bed. It did have a mattress topper however it didn’t help. I did politely ask for another topper if possible only to be told that the owner had slept on the couch and she thought it was fine and if I didn’t like it I should leave and she would give me a refund. The surrounding streets didn’t feel overly safe. The building itself was rundown. The accommodation is a room inside an apartment so you share a common area with others. The complex is not very quiet either.

La posizione è ottima, 5 minuti da colosseo a piedi, ben servita, e tranquilla. il b&b era silenziosa. Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma non era tutto perfetto e spero che possano migliorarsi.... Il letto era davvero scomodo, probabilmente si trattava di un divano letto: metà morbidissima (scomodo) e l’altra metà incredibilmente dura, rendendo impossibile dormire bene. La stanza era minuscola, ma il bagno era ancora peggiore. Quando mi sedevo sul wc, le ginocchia toccavano il muro di fronte, e per entrare nella doccia dovevo camminare di lato per passare dallo spazio strettissimo. e io sono solo 169 cm alta... insomma, è roma
• Iris (3/5): Traumatizing experience - The location was great, it was very close to the Colosseum and some cafes. Our room did not match the description we signed up for. Instead of the expected room with a window facing the street, we received a room that faced the back of the building, overlooking a dirty storage area. The space was too small for three people, and we struggled to find room for our luggage. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and the hot water didn’t work on our first night. Although the owner managed to fix the hot water, it became too hot and burned my son, making it impossible to regulate the temperature. Additionally, the owner rushed through the check-in process and did not collect our information or passport numbers as required. She said we would take care of it later. Later, she sent me a message on WhatsApp asking for a picture of our passports. I explained that I was advised by the US embassy not to share passport photos via messaging apps due to security concerns, especially in Rome. In response, she threatened to contact the Italian police for refusing to send my information. This experience was incredibly frustrating. Good luck to anyone thinking of staying there!

The room is clean and practical, it has all the necessities and free coffee! The bed is actually a sofa-bed which lacks a bit of comfort at the beginning but you can get used to it.

• Tamara (8/5): - Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter*innen war außergewöhnlich - sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, informativ, unmittelbar etc. Die Lage gleich neben dem Kolloseum ist phänomenal. Auch sonst gibt es viel in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erkunden. Diverse Lokale (Frühstück, Abendessen) in Fußweite. Die Polster sind sehr unbequem 😉.

Przyjemnie urządzone. Pomimo małej powierzchni, zadbano o miejsce na rzeczy - składane krzesła, wieszaki. W części wspólnej możliwość zrobienia kawy, herbaty. Jest kuchenka mikrofalowa i pitna woda. Bardzo polecam to miejsce! -

También tiene muy cerca las opciones de transporte público (metro, tranvía, bus, taxis, etc)

• Haro (9/5): Molt bona localització i ideal si viatges amb nens. - És molt pràctic tenir el coffee corner i un microones, per solucionar esmorzars i àpats pels nens, que no sempre mengen de tot. L’habitació és prou gran i té molts penja-robes. És cómoda i molt neta. L’amfitriona és molt amable i fa molt bones recomanacions, tant per dinars o sopars, com per arribar a tot arreu visitable. Potser seria millor una nevera compartida que refredi una mica més, en lloc de la petita de l’habitació.

However, beware, the website is confusing and possibly misle - The location is great We were not given the rooms we reserved. I booked a two bedroom apartment for three people, but was given a tiny one bedroom. The room wasn’t even as large as a typical European hotel room. It is possible there was just a mixup. However, it is worth noting that the rental website describing the rooms is confusing, if not downright misleading. This entire property is essentially one apartment that has been chopped up into 4 bedroom rentals with a teeny, tiny shared kitchen.
• Mary (10/5): Perfecto! - The property was just what we wanted. Close to the Coliseum and a few streets away from the hustle and bustle. Monica was a wonderful hostess. She was there for us when we arrived and was helpful with everything we needed. The list of restaurants that she recommended were amazing and the food was delicious and reasonable in price. There was a gelato store nearby so that was a nice perk to the location as well. There was not anything we did not like.

• Catherine (7/5): Great hosts! - Great location just a block from the Colosseum and Forum, and a metro station. Light, bright and pleasant room with good extra lighting to read, and comfy bed! We slept very well. Ideal for 1 or 2 night stay with little luggage but for a longer stay such as our 5 nights, with more luggage, we needed another surface in the main room to put items on eg small desk, bench or shelves. Only has small bedside tables. But as said, for a night or so, that would not be an issue. The highlight of the stay was the owners, Monica & Gianluca who could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Also very helpful regarding advice on where to go and what to do, from the get-go. They were very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my baggage early, collect my key early, and leave my baggage after check-out until I had to leave Rome - as I was on a solo trip this was all extra appreciated. The location was also amazing, sooooo close to the Colosseum! Not much, maybe the plugs in the room were a little awkward, but that is a minor detail and definitely has no bearing on my experience with the accommodation. And maybe proper mugs and/or plates in the kitchen would be nice, but again, a minor detail.

Flight delayed and in my error didn't let Monica know, I didn't realise someone was specifically waiting at property. Again this was my error but I could not go back in time. Bus transfer from airport also took longer than expected. I apologised multiple times but this was not accepted, just kept getting told off. We arrived at the property 2 1/2 hours after what we initially thought. It was not a good start to our holiday after 30 hours travel. Fortunately Gianluca was available to check us in and he was extremely welcoming 😊

• Lotfi (10/5): An amazing stay in Rome! - I stayed at this hotel 5 nights, and I had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Rome’s main monuments but in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. They even provided complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsible, always ready to offer tourist information and recommendations for places to eat and visit. Communication was fast and clear, both before my arrival and throughout my stay. I would absolutely love to stay here again. The price is very reasonable for the quality and comfort. I highly recommend this place, especially for travelers who want a cozy and affordable stay in Rome

• Jeremy (8/5): A comfortable, easy access to the city stay. - The hosts, Monica and Gianluca, were very communicative and helpful. Gianluca waited patiently for us to arrive later than expected and restaurants were recommended and later, Monica suggested a music festival on our last night which was very enjoyable. The room was small but comfortable, the bed was also comfortable with a memory foam mattress and queen sized. The air conditioning very good (especially for the summer heat). The fridge was small but good with free water. The neighbourhood was not very noisy. Parking was limited and street-only but not too difficult to find. It is very close to a variety of restaurants (including those with GF portions) and the colosseum and therefore within easy reach of the city and transport options. Nothing
